    Had some time to digest this one as well, and I will say that bottom line I enjoyed this more than Man of Steel. As someone who read comics years ago I was never a DC guy, I was mostly Marvel so I had the benefit of not being colored by my own expectations. I also think that M'Kyuun and Golden Arms did a much better job articulating some of my issues than I could, so I'll just agree with them. A few things that I don't recall seeing that did however make me upset; And finally, Wonder Woman kicked ass. -b. *edit for grammar

    Not a fan of the Gundam Fix Metal Composite releases at all, F360 hit the nail on the head with his description and I'm glad I sold my Unicorn years ago. Metal Build all the way for me. -b.

    Truth. And no reason to, if anything they'd venture into whatever capital ships are featured in Delta, and even that's a long shot based on exactly what anime52k8 just said. And that Delta 02 - makes a grown man swoon. -b.

    Honestly, I don't think we'll see "new" Renewals for any of the Mac F/Mac Delta DX Chogokins, I'm confident that Bandai learned that lesson after the v1 VF-25's. I'm only hoping that the quality, fit & finish and design choices make it worth the wait until late-fall/winter. For better or worse, whatever gets released will be what we have to live with (forever or for a very long time). -b.

    Very cool - thanks for posting F360, honestly I'm a bit more excited for the High Resolution Barbatos than I am for the Red Frame. It doesn't look too out of place next to the MB Strike Freedom or Exia in the pictures and hopefully it displays well with them in person. But if not, it's not that expensive a gamble for me to have bought one with the idea of a not-Metal Build assembly toy/model hybrid. -b.

    Honestly as much as the kid in me can't wait for more toys, the adult in me is kind of grateful for the financial break. Nothing much coming out that I have to have so I can save up. -b.

    Payment request from Hobby Search for MB Red Frame and Flight Unit. HLJ shows discontinued for both but I wouldn't be surprised to see orders open up for a minute or two at some point. -b.

    Not sure you understand the meaning behind the term "fresh face", or at least how it's being used in this instance. Resemblance, or one's opinion of resemblance to someone else isn't the point. Ridley is new to just about everyone, and certainly to big budget productions or well known characters - hence her 'freshness'. -b.

    Looking good, thanks IXTL! I assume these are still prototypes based on some of the slight 'gap-iness', but that's not a complaint, more of an observation. As long as the production toys are on par with later Renewal 25's and the 30 then I'm stoked. *That 02 -b.

    Not at all surprised. It'll take the Super Duper Starkiller Base Extended Enhanced Edition before we see them and they'll probably be shoehorned in the movie with "updated" effects. -b.

    B00bs or GTFO! Just kidding, I think Daisy would be outstanding in the role. I'm just hoping she doesn't (1) become Hollywood's latest "it" girl and get tossed in every big budget trash that gets produced or (2) decide to only do obscure art house films, a nice balanced career would be ideal (IMO). -b.

    That Friday when I was posting all over the boards about stuff that HLJ had either re-stocked or opened order on, it showed up as I was refreshing for Macross. And low and behold there it was. Guessing it was 1 of 1 or 1 of very, very, few since it went right back to discontinued. I straight-up hit the Yamato Macross toy lottery with that purchase. Was my exact reaction - was never so happy to get a payment request meaning that they actually had it in stock. -b.
