    Not sold on the Agent Carter series, but we'll see. This last week's episode was OK, but it felt like filler until the Season Finale. I'm also now firmly in the camp that Ward is "evil" even if they are trying to show how he became that way. I'd put money on him being bad throughout the series but somewhere towards the end he does the whole self-sacrifice thing (redemption). -b.

    It's safe to think that the 30 will stand on it's own, it looks back heavy but the wings will be mostly plastic and not that heavy. Even if you have to lean it forward a bit it should stand without the assistance of a stand. Re: the stand, all of Bandai's Mac F releases have them so that doesn't confirm one way or the other. And as just stated, that pose that David posted is clearly Photoshopped. -b.

    Cool, I was so excited to see them available I didn't even look at any other store - HLJ or otherwise. AmiAmi has a much better discount but I see the appeal of going with HLJ for the purchase. No problem, the FFR-31 is so hard to find at a reasonable price (although admittedly I sold my first release last year or the year before for a ridiculous price on eBay ) I figured folks would like the heads-up. Glad you were able to get one! -b.

    Came home and saw that it was up on HLJ, looking at my other pre-order the difference in price was about $ 5 less on HLJ - not enough to go thru the stress of trying to cancel an order and risk any repercussions. And it is good news for other upcoming DX releases in that it will signal greater availability for items like the YF-30. -b.

    Firmly in the camp of going to see it, Nolan and the cast have done enough to earn my money. BUT I would like an actual trailer, the teaser was awesome but I'd like to know more about what's got me all lathered up. -b.

    Saw it last night, I agree that taken as a whole the movie was decent. Good: There were some really nice moments, especially between Peter and Gwen and with Spider-Man stopping crime throughout the city. The Spider-Man and Electro fight in the end was awesome. Bad: Some truly cringe-worthy scenes as well. For me they were there in the beginning, there was a lot of unnecessary campiness that reminded me of the Raimi trilogy and why I didn't like those Spider-Man films. And then the typical plot/script writing complaints that accompany most movies these days. I'm happy that I saw it in theaters but taken as an entire movie I don't think it was better than the first, but it did have some really, really nice singular moments. -b.

    Aaagggreee, hopefully they will turn some of those character types and plot points on their ears to make things different. That said this first episode (or first two) were pretty action packed with Jack being his usual bad-ass self. -b.

    Nope, July according to Bandai. I think there have been other examples of HLJ getting release dates a little incorrect, but unless they (HLJ) has a separate batch to release these should be out in July to coincide with the Tornado Parts. -b.

    They need to not cram every single member of Batman's Rogues Gallery in this either. But still, it has my interest. I'll commit myself to 1/2 a season to see if I like it or not. -b.
