1. LOL Nice pic. Very casual like. Just a bunch of Wermacht soldiers kicking back after burning down a Polish village or something. You should run the pic through a B&W filter. 385376 ROFLMAO!
2. I just got a sick idea. How about using some 1/72 figures with Mike's monster...???
3. Micro missiles?
4. Yep, I was surprised when I saw them. It is Macross, it is good. It could be a bit sharper image though.
5. Seams like there was more than a flippin chance. 385256 Whoa, that was sold at pretty good price! You guys have to remember that is an original creation of the artist, and finished by himself. So imo it has value. And it's not like it would be a bad model, just too rough for my taste. As we've seen, it divides opinions, neither one is the only truth, just a matter of personal taste.
6. Oh man, those Faller buildings are awesome!!! It really sucks they are only in "wrong" scales. I want to do some mecha destruction!!! Mechas don't like buildings.
7. Can anybody tell how tall are, let's say 1/72 and 1/200 figures, in millimetres?
8. Yeah I ordered the saw scribers, and the normal scriber. Actually I've never had a modeling scriber before.
9. Is Hasegawa's (tri tool) panel scriber good?
10. Whoa, that's cool! I wish I would see Slayer live someday. Though it's not like they wouldn't have been to Finland. Hmm, I recommend you to get Deathchain's "deathrash assault" cd. Just one of albums I've liked recently. There are quite a lot of good Finnish metal bands nowadays. Worth checking out. Have fun at the gig.
11. No, Preiser has 1/72 figures, and many other scales too. I recommend Googling!!! Check out these for example, I've also seen 1/72 military figures. Even 1/220 figures which would go with certain mechas in the same scale. 1/144 seems to be the problem point. http://www.reynaulds.com/preiser/p_1-72_fi...=lngNumericSort Ah, check out these on the same site, they actually have even those 1/144 ones!!! http://www.reynaulds.com/preiser/preiser.html
12. That's a fine husky. Cool that you like CoB dejr8bud. Have you seen them live ever? I have a couple of times, they rule. Actually I'm at the moment listening Roope Latvala's previous band, the legendary Finnish thrashers Stone, from the 80's-90's change. Nice to see metal heads here, especially liking a Finnish band. I see CoB are touring with Slayer & co. Sounds pretty great to me...
13. Wow, huge thanks for giving us your neat graphics wm_cheng!
14. Yeah, I recently asked about good figures for dioramas etc, and I was recomended to check out Preiser. Looks pretty good stuff to me indeed. As a semi-off topic, I think using human figures and stuff with mechas would definitely show the size of those machines.
15. I don't think they have to be related to Macross at all. Just find a good figure to begin modifying it. I'm pretty sure there are suitable ones available.
16. Hell yeah! That's a delicious "little" monster!!!! Honestly, I have no idea how big kit Mike's monster will be in nature...
17. Well if those are from 2002-2003 what did you guys think?
18. I do? Thanks. I think I finally found one I like to keep a little bit longer.
19. That Hasegawa VF-0S is just so beautiful!
20. Usually I feel like I'm dead already...
21. 26 in June.
22. Wow, that's just amazing!
23. How about as a member title..?
24. Hey, why didn't anybody tell me this before?!?
25. Yeah, that's right!
