Been lurking a while and made an account to comment on this. I've sent three emails to them over the past two months requesting a custom invoice for kits and have yet to hear anything back from them. Had no issues when I ordered two small kits from them on eBay in the meantime. To be honest this is very disheartening, as while I had some issues with them last year they went out of their way to make up for them. I'm fairly close to just ordering everything from their eBay store and dealing with trying to get a combined shipping refund (since for some reason it refuses to allow you to request a combined invoice).
