  1. Yup... we will see... I don't understand how difficult it is to use lighter colour plastic... ??? My bigger concern is that they will release a correctly painted one further down the line as a limited edition available for only 30 minutes online at a stupid price.
  2. As much as I wish it's like that, it very much looks like a fully painted prototype. It's too matt without any plastic sheen.
  3. I'm asking now if this was ever meant to be Star Wars, or if it was simply prolong bait to eventually continue Feloni's cartoon show.
  4. If I have to be honest, I'm as concerned with the white, where hopefully it isn't that pure white almost transparent plastic, instead that faintly bluish/greyish broken white.
  5. But this was displayed way before the pre-order images... So won't there be a chance the pre-order images show the corrected blue? It is a bit of deal breaker for me. All my hopes are now down to a VF-0A. I mean, they can't get the grey wrong there?
  6. But the 0S is also general sales and Tamashii too. And this is also the on the Japanese Tamashii.
  7. OMG!!! So want!!! And thank you for the share.
  8. Anyone know when this is expecting to go up for pre-order on Tamashiination/Bandai outside of Japan? Waiting for Tamashiination in Europe to have it, and their pre-orders coincides with that of USA.
  9. When was it teased? Is there a link to the image? Really want to see it but can't find it.
  10. I guess different plastic compounds?
  11. Utterly agree. But a stealth low-vis version is surely in the works...
  12. Awesome. Cheers for the positive feedback. Gonna sleep over it to decide if I'm gonna pull the trigger. The VF-0D is a definite, as would a grey repaint of it and the VF-0A. But still deciding on this one.
  13. Hi, I'm tempted, but have some questions. 1. Does this type of white plastic of Bandai have a history of yellowing fast? 2. What type of top coat is recommended after panel lining and adding extra decals? 3. Does the heat shield fully cover the canopy? In some images it looks like it does, it some appears not fully.
  14. I'm still hoping they'll re-release the VF-0...
  15. I'm down for this. Still in doubt of going for the eventual whole line as knowing Bandai, they will milk the molds, and then Arcadia decide to re-release there's which is what I'm waiting for...
  16. But there's always new collectors everyday that want a VF collection of the mains without forking out an arm or a leg on Ebay's Yamatos / Bandais. Personally, I'm hoping for some decent Regults and low-vis variations of the VFs from this line.
  17. Examples vs other brands' attempts?
  18. It's Three Zero. They're smacking home runs non-stop with their Ironmans and Evas. It will certainly have the better: - Articulation - Detail - Paint application Price will be the mystery. The Ironmans in 1/10 scale (substantially taller than a 1/72 battroid) with quite a bit of diecast and insane amount of tiny mechanical bits, as well LED feature, is around 100$. Add to that the Marvel fees, it's way below what other companies would charge... (Ironman Bandai figuarts is full plastic, 1/12, no LED, and at times almost priced as a 3Zero.)
  19. What's the height of the VF batroid compared to the Yamato 1/60? I gather 1/72. But is it true 1/72 as I'm fully convinced by the detail.

Looks like glue didn't hold onto the hinge. I think you jumped the gun?

I'm so terrorized by that white plastic...
  22. Saw various have now listed it bit shorter... (13.97cm) Apologize for deviating, but as this is a international release, does it mean there was a break through with the Zero license and we can soon expect a Bluray international release?
  23. Ok... all plastic eventually yellows due to the laws of science. There's no fighting it. Best option is to buy dark grey or black valks to limit the visibility. I however have some toys and diecast figures over 20 years of age, and have zero yellowing... while, my 1 year old Lego sets with white blocks just for display, yellowed, and are not in direct sun and in a smoke free place. I also have a Spawn 10th Anniversary from 2001 sealed in the closet, and the blister packaging is beyond yellowing... it's now a dark tinted coffee brown. While the blisters of other brands are still crystal clear pristine... So conclusively, it also comes down to how cheap the material is...
  24. I'm guessing the centred lasers won't fold in when in jet, thus the alternative version off line...
