Ok! It took me this long to finally compose the gerwalk mode since my last post which is almost 1 - 1/2 hour. There were parts poppin out. Lots of “Bandai-esque” decision to complicate the transformation but towards the end of the process, the overall appearance is worth it. Solid piece in this mode and as you can see from the pictures, this half zentradi can hold his liquor since there were no weak joint on the knees and I’m great full to Bandai by adding the ratcheted articulated point near the ankles enables the figure to have poses that weren’t possible with Yamato/Arcadia. So far, two out of the three modes holds a gold star above the Y/A offerings.

Fast pack w/ faux gun pods will barely get off the ground really suffers the Yamato 1/72 belly flop. Overall the fit and finish is stellars above Arcadia/Yamato. The fast pack has a fair amount of detail and it’s gratifying to receive a product with some heft. It’s like a brand new car experience when you shut the driver’s door and the weight of the door slamming onto the chassis sounds a well built package and it doesn’t sound like a tin can. I’m impressed so far. Moving onto the other modes.

Opened the 1st out of the 3 and what I witnessed is a bent antenna. Really. I guess $260 + above has a lower tiered QA. I hope the rest of the unboxing goes smoothly.

Unix's veritech waist to hip ratio is absolutely ghettotastic with twerking gimmick! Absolutely dead before arrival! Nice try.

Your Most Recent General Toy Purchase - 2024 Edition

I waited for months for this, and the eventual release date for fulfillment had past last week which is remarkable for a 1500 limited production run. Sideshow “A Man with No Name” rode it n town yesterday and finally had time to break it out from the gigantic box. My first Premium Collectible from Sideshow is really a sight to behold! Attention to detail and just a remarkable effort in production artistry and efficiency. Here are some photos to shut me up!- 639 replies

I would love to see a VF-1J from Doyusha reproduced again that is the only missing item in my collection.

Wow! At least the peeps on that planet has the excuse to space travel to visit their families on the other wrecked planetoid. It seems the all anime had been done by one studio or perhaps to one sound engineer or foley artist who was responsible for all the sound effects of that era? I don't know any other Japanese Super Robot could eat a planet though.

My favorite mech to mimic real world scale are the Macross Plus mechs but I can appreciate the super robot over projected hype machines which has captivated creators and the general audience to imagine wilder power wielding abilities. My middle of the road mech that combines real world applications and fantasy is Gasaraki. The outlandish mech powered to infinity and beyond within my standard of believability is Escaflowne. I’m sure that the forums have a breadth of knowledge when it comes to this subject matter, what is yours?

This cyclone reminds me of a first year student going overboard with bevels into their 3D modeling portfolio.

I clicked on this link and it reserved the pre-order to another person and it had my email address but different ship/bill address. I notified the site owner of the breach.

Cyclone front profile has thunder thighs and suffer from upper chest respiratory. Perhaps the cyclone is at the 1/10 scale or larger. The alpha for the most part is looking good so far. The nose of the alpha seems to have a long beak resulting the canopy to be elongated.

Nope. I’m hoping that they follow up with a DX Yf-21.
