Correction. What Yamato toy doesn't?

Here's the pic I made using Jay-Lew's custom render. I made two versions One just before take off And one during take off with the VF powering up and being catapulted off the deck. If anyone wants higher rez versions of these images, PM me. Thanks again to Jason for providing the render.

I've always upgraded whenever a new firmwareupdate was released so I'm up the 3.01 now. I've never had a good reason to get into the homebrew stuf until I saw your post above so, yes I'm new to the scene. Thanks for the links. Like I posted above, I'm already way beyond 2.80. Am I screwed?

You ordered it at HLJ? You might not get it until june or july. They are notoriously slow at processing orders.

I voted 0A. IMO it's the best rendition of a VF Yamato has done to date. That and the fact that I don't have a 19 yet made the 0A an easy winner for me.

Instead of feathering you might want to add a bit of gaussian blur to the VF and the shadow. Only a couple of pixels would do. Also play with the colors, brightness and contrast of the VF's layer to blend it in with the background.

Reading all this just makes me afraid to transform my VF-0's. I'think I'll just leave them in the mode they are in now.

First release PSP: check. Imported it when it was first released in Japan. 1.50 firmware: check. I'm sure I own a game with 1.50 added on the UMD PS3: damn, Don't own one and not planning on getting one. I've seen this on tv. Weird thing is, that its placed right next to a real beach.

Am I the only one that goes straight to the Mechanic links on these kind of sites? The characters looks like rehashed versions of the EVA crew done in an updated style. If they ever do a Macross remake, I guess the character design would be somewhat simular to these, cause this is kind of the 'trendy' style these days. Too bad...

Needing to enter all those zero's makes me feel like I'm missing out on a lot of valk goodness. Yamato sure released a lot of Macross stuf, most of its repaints though.

WoW! That splash is really very nicely done. So, are you gonna add a yellow/red/blue stripe to the model? Also, are there gonna be FAST packs?
