I made a couple of banners using a VF-1 fuselage theme.
Let me know what you guys think.
Maybe I'll make a couple more tomorrow using a different theme. Any ideas are welcome of course.
Thank for the effort Hurin! I think it looks great, exept for the banner, which is a bit bland IMHumbleO. Maybe we can do a banner designing contest. I'm sure there are plenty of Photoshop talents on the board that would like to have go at creating a banner.
So if I applied the weathering stuff and only occasionally handled it to transform it, lets say twice a year, i'd be fine? Up to now, I used a gundam marker and smeared it a bit, but it doesn't look good enough.
Don't feel bad, it's not the size that matter's, it's what you do with it that counts.
Jokes aside, ca. 40 cm's sound like the same size as the box the used for the stand alone Ghost, which is reasonably compact.
When on its landing gear, my VF-0S bends down at that same point making it look like it can't support its own weight. Maybe I just mistransformed it or something. It doesn't matter anyway, as it'll stay in Gerwalk mode until Yamato release a Reactive Armor.
Amazing work once again and I second HWR MKII's remark about getting the launch vehicle, I'd love to see you do your magic on that.
Now, where's my jaw, I know I dropped it here somewhere?
I just got my YF-19 with FB/FP and I immediately transformed it to check if anything is wrong with. Here's a list all the thing that I found wrong with it.
There's a little stressmark on one of the two parts where the screw goes through behind the cockpit.
...
...
uhmmm, that's it actually.
Oh yeah, it's absolutely beautiful.
So what if the toy sits on the shelf for a year in some toystore and the batteries start to leak? Besides, batteries lose power even when they're not used, so you might end up paying for a couple of batteries that work for only two weeks.
