If Yamato made one of those, I'd jump on it. The 21 prototype 1, on the other hand, is so ugly I wouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole. *EDIT* spelling

I made this for the Photoshop/MS Paint your dream Macross items thread. I thought I might as well post it in this one too. I'm hoping that I'll be holding a box simular to this one in my hands somewhere around late 2008 or early 2009. Damn, that sounds like a long way off. EDIT* I know it's got the wrong paintscheme. I just couldn't find a good pic of Mac+ model anywhere.

The VF-11B is on top of my want list. I'd get three for each mode, one for the armor and one more for the atmospheric boosters. I wouldn't buy all of them at first release though. I'd get one at first release, and if it were free of QC issues, I'd get some more. Damn you Kensei, for making me realize that I'll need to sell some organs to continue this addiction.

You're not the only one who's excited about this release. I'm gonna have so much trouble deciding what mode to pose my YF-19 and Yf-21 in. I'm stuck between a chase scene in fightermode or a fistfight scene in battroid, both using the flexistands of course.

How anyone can compare that piece of crap to a YF-19 is beyond me... Looks at those upper legs in robot mode, it's...it's... *faints*

That might be because it's fugly!! blegh! yuk! About the chest not locking; It's not that I have a problem with a non locking chest in Gerwalk or Battroid or whatever. I just find it irritating that during transformation, it'll keep falling apart because the chest doesn't click into place. I can't move on the next part of the transformation process, because I'm constantly trying to keep the chest from unfolding.

Umm, what locking mechanism? The torso on my 2nd release YF-19 just falls open when I flip it up side down in battroid mode.

Nice work Thai boxer! Especially the first pic, very cool. About the third pic. Maybe you could darken the 19 to match the silhouet-like look of the F-14.

True, but in the pic that ignacio posted, there's still a huge gap between the intakes and the exhausts and I'm pretty sure that's where the engine is supposed to go. So to me, it looks like a jet that's missing its engines.

I think it might have something to do with him being French.
