I know, but in Mac 7, did they ever actually fly in an atmosphere? I wouldn't know because I haven't seen Mac 7...yet. I'm with Ruskii here. They'd better find a planet to fight over so we can get some cool atmospheric combat scenes. Whatever the case, we'll probably see FAST pack versions of the VF-25 anyway...

Is anyone else wondering why a fighter for a space based colony would need wings and air intakes?

I know this sounds stupid from a toy collectors point of view, but one single fighter model is fine by me. The fact that even the heroes flew "normal"production jets is what makes Macross stand out from other shows.

Thanks guys! @misterryno; The display cabinets are cheap as hell Detolf's found at your local Ikea. @ruskiiVFaussie; Notice the difference in size between the SV-51 and the 1/60 VF-1's below it. That thing truly is gigantic. When it's released, I plan to suspend the YF-21 above the YF-19 so it'll look like they're in some sort of dogfight. Nora's SV-51 will need to somehow share a shelf with Shin's VF-0A, and the movie version of the SDF-1 will go next to the old Wave SDF-1. I also pre-ordered the Proto Garland but I haven't figured out where to put it yet... and no, I'm not giving it a home at any of your displays. I love the ED-209 but it barely fits into the Detolfs. I think it would look a lot better if it had a little more room around it.

VF-9 Cutlass. Any VF with a mouth. The buckethead on the VF-17S looks just...stupid.

I'll get Assassin's Creed next week and Mass Effect after that. I won't have time to play CoD 4 for at least two months so I figured I'd get it early next year.

To my knowlegde there are two versions of Yamato's display stand besides the one that was released a couple of years ago. There's the crome version and the black version. The stands funtionality wasn't changed AFAIK.

I'll post some pics of the display cases when I get home tonight. I got 5 Dot-Its. One for each displaycase and two to move around to where I want/need them. I expect I'll need another display case early next year so I'll probably grab a couple more Dot-Its then.
