There's lots of different ways to panel line. Just do a search here on the forum. I used a Sakura 01 Micron pen, cotton swabs and some spit, but that gives a bit of a smudged look.(which I personally like, because it makes the Valk look like it's been used)

I've replaced the pics in this post with modified ones. You should see some minor sunlight reflected in the canopy now. Broadshore, There was no communication between me and Jay-Lew (the creator of the VF CG model) about the renders beforehand. I just used his existing renders to blend into some pics using Photoshop. You can find the renders I used in the first post of this topic. As you can see there is no light reflected in the canopy at all. For Jay-Lew to do a perfect render he would need my pics in advance to get exactly the right camera angle and lighting, but from what I've read in your posts you probably allready know that. I for one haven't got a clue what you're talking about whit things like Phong/render tree etc. The company I work for wants me to do a course in 3d Viz in the coming year. Maybe in about a year I'll understand what you just posted. thanks for the tips anyway.

Me too! I ordered a VF-0s to get me through to september and thought it would ship this week. Turns out HLJ are on some sort of Japanese holiday and won't return untill the end of this week.

Those are very reasonable demands. If we ever get those things in a Valk we'll pay double the price we're paying now. I'd like a battle damaged line of 1/48's

I'm so glad I'm not burdened with extensive knowledge of aircraft technology. I just look at the pics and think "cool toy, I want one". Don't get me wrong, I want the toy to be the best it can be, but I'm convinced Yamato would make the legs skinnier if they were able to. We haven't seen the battroid pics yet. Maybe when we see it in battroid mode we'll all praise Yamato for making it look so damned anime accurate.

So you've seen the actual product? Every time I see the pics of the resin prototype it looks better and better. I'd just like to see some battroid pics now. Couldn't care less about the Gerwalk mode though.

I'd rather be crazy and complain about getting a big gun with a possible YAMATO VF-11B armor then hang around the Roslowtech forum and not be able to discuss it at all.

The PG Gundam Wing Zero Custom has two enormous guns. It can't hold them up but they are part of its image so it's part of the package. The VF-11B Armor should have its big gun for the same reason.

I've panel lined my CF with a black gundam marker, a cotton swab and some spit. Gives it a great weathered look too!

1/48 for Battroid (especially with FAST/strike packs) 1/48 for Gerwalk (A-stance) 1/48 for fighter (I love the way the nose slopes down, see jenius's pics)

I'd like to order some stickersheets to, namely two sets of the VF-1/0 sheets. How would one go about ordering these?

I'm not sure, but I think the board setting only allow a topic to stay visible if it is on a set number of top pages, so a topic will 'disappear' after it hasn't been posted in for a while.

okay, I get it now. Thanks for the great advice. I'll make the changes to the images ASAP and edit them in my original posts. Great pics by the way! If the upcoming Yamato 1/60 YF-19 looks anywhere near that good I'll be one happy camper.
