Is there any reason to assume that the SA wouldn't have invented new designs just like the Varauta did? Or are the Varauta's "new" designs assumed to be old Protoculture designs?

Might that also be same situation with the Golg Gant Charts? Come to think of it, couldn't the battle suit be an SA design?

Is the Zentradi battle suit in Macross Plus supposed to be some jury-rigged concoction or something manufactured by an automated factory that we just didn't see during Space War 1?

Is it generally assumed that the SA has automated factories and cloning facilities of their own? Half a million years of attrition seems like it would have whittled them down to almost nothing if they didn't have some way of replacing their losses.

The actual definition of bis is again or twice. https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/bis Sounds like it's just a fancy way of calling it the New Nupetiet-Vergnitzs II. Does the NUNS still use destroids (aside from the König Monster, which I'm not even sure qualifies)?

Shouldn't they at least have a pinpoint barrier system? Doesn't every variable fighter since the VF-19 have one?

I feel like the Northampton could use a replacement that's a bit sturdier. Don't they get destroyed more than any other ship?

Could the ARMD-class carriers docked to the Macross be replaced by Uraga-class or Guantánamo-class carriers?

Could the Megaroad have stumbled across a Protoculture world that was conquered by the Vajra king? Perhaps Hikaru and Misa are leading a war of liberation across all the alien worlds that the Vajra have occupied.

What's the purpose behind the Zentradi variants of the new ship designs? Is it just an aesthetic they prefer or is there some functional difference?

Something I was always unclear about: was the Macross Frontier the de facto capital of the NUNS because President Glass was a passenger? Does his authority encompass Earth as well?

If the original SDF-1 Macross only transformed because it couldn't fire its main cannon in cruiser mode, why were subsequent ships like the Battle-class designed to transform at all? Does it provide some other tactical advantage?

Any ideas why the Mardook fleet apparently had no gun destroyers? It seems like they had heavily modified versions of every other Zentradi warship.

Why are they called the Supervision Army anyway? Were they some sort of paramilitary faction of Protoculture that was charged with overseeing the Zentradi?

Good point. Do Zentradi ships have automated booby traps like the Macross did? How different would the events of SDFM have been if it hadn't fired its main cannon and drew first blood?
