  3. THE "MISTAKING, I LEARN" STUFF (The Silver Age) After build all previous stuff (and other kits that I actually sold), I decide don't build again until I learn some tips. In the year 2005, I join to SDF-Crew, a group of fans and collectors of Macross & Robotech. They had a little stuff to show in expositions, so I decide help with my models, and build some news, but applying basic techniques and buying better tools. Also, after building my first Hasegawa, I decide turn all my collection into 1/72 scale. On these Models I applied putty, sanding, Priming, coats, but not panel lining or weathering. VF-1D Virgin Road. Factory: Hasegawa Scale: 1/72 Quel-Quallie Factory: Imai Scale: 1/720 Oberth Factory: Honneamise Scale: 1/1000 This is my first resin kit. It don't have the side cannons, I'll put it in the near future. Fan Racer Factory: UNCM/Tanmen (but this is a HobbyFan's Recast) Scale: 1/72 QF-3000E Ghost Factory: Honneamise Scale: 1/72
  4. Hi MW'ers!! This past weekend me and my group (SDF-Crew) participates in an Anime event, showing our Macross/Robotech collectibles in a stand. So, back in home, having all my model kits out of my showcase, I decide take pictures to each one. Please note that this is my BUILT collection, there are so many kits no built yet. I hope do you like it. THE OLD STUFF (The Golden Age) These are some of my first model kits, I buit it about 10 years ago without any building knowledgement: No putty, no sanding, simple-action sprayer... I only paint the plastic tree, then I cut and glue it together. Results: Toy look. 10. Wow man!! Simply wonderful. You get a magic touch on this model. Sincerely Congratulations!!
  11. Yeeeeeahhh Boyyyyy!!! I'M IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  12. I'll go for one in 1/72.
  13. I agree. Southern Cross aren't in my top wish models... so above $200 is very expensive to me. I know that Southern Cross and Mospeada models are small, but small= cheaper, and that's sounds good to me. Other reason is that all my Macross and Mospeada Collection is in 1/72, so I want to keep the size chart.
  14. Gnerl with pilot!! N-Ger with pilot!! Glaug with Kamjim!! Heavy Armor Soldier!! Whatever John makes I'll buy it!!! (if I keep my job)
  15. I'm in, but please do it in 1/72. All my colection is in 1/72. I prefer it in battroid first, but I'll buy any mode.
  16. Wow man, your painting and weathering is PERFECT. That's all I want to achieve to my model kits. I have nothing to say, except for.... questions!!! How do you get darker tones in all those vertex? Pre-shading? post-shading? dry brush? pigments? Weathering is my next barrier to defeat. I'm a little insecure and I need some tips about that... I hope that you can give me some orientation. Again, my sincerely congratulations. PD: Your model have professional finishing, so should be great if you take pics like maxjr token to his VF-0 fighter: http://macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=24132
