looks great! What will be your next proyect?

Thank you! I try hardly to make the cannon scheme, but it was a bit difficult due the contradictory information. Finally, I decided to make my own interpretation of colors waching my Macross: Flashback 2012 DVD. By the way, did you check my Phalanx thread? http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=28925

Wow! My old topic is back again! Thank you guys for your kind comments. Don't worry Shiroikaze and Vifam7, that Zentradi ships have "natural" weathering... 11 years of dust applied slowly.... Thank you WM Cheng, it's great to receive congratulations from a Master! Before Moscato's Regult, I had an Imai's Regult, so I get the decals from it.

You can get it in Hobbyfan: http://www.hobbyfan.com/product_info.php?c...r+Decal+Sticker It's a very simple kit, that's because I replaced the Legioss by the Imai one. Regards.

Which Picture? I can send it to you in full size. Also, check other pictures, with better quality than these: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=24398 Thanks for your support!

Wow! Thank you guys for your support and kind comments. Prometheum 5: You're right, in the picture is very obvious, so I'll fix it. PetarB / ce25254: I did the chips with a sponge and enamel paints. First, with the same base color, cleared with a little amount of white, and above, smaller chips with gunmetal. Unfortunately, in these pics, the clearer chips don't see it. After, I use some pigments, like "Industrial City Dirt" in the main body, "Concrete", in the feet (these are Mig Pigments), and "Soot" (Tamiya). Yes, the upper hatch is hinged. I made it using syringe needles. I also use this idea in the missile doors of Tomahawk. You will see it soon. Ron5864: Good eye!! Yes, i's the Dodge Pickup from Walker Texas Ranger. But, judging by the dimensions of a real pickup, this Johnny Lightning model it's closer to 1/72 scale... not 1/87. You know, these car models are "non-scale", because it have always the same size, no matter if is a truck or a Mini Cooper. Ranger565: The base color it's Model Master 2137 (British Gulf Armor Light Stone). See my answer in the topic of Tomahawk Arii's Pinup. MechTech: That's pinup appears in the Macross Modeling Book. I just restored a little. Rouge Trooper: That's a custom "Air Defense" Vehicle. I just only added some Macross decals. You can watch more pics in the following topic: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=27159

And here are a couple of pics with other mechas, in the same scale (1/72)

Hi guys. Here is my latest build, the Moscato's Phalanx. I added some weathering efects, like chips and pigments. It's my first time doing this, so I hope do you like it. Also, I use some decals designed by myself, I changed the missiles to get a more "full capacity" look, and I made some modifications, like closing/opening hatch, missile doors and chest, to see inside the cockpit. Any opinion wiil be well received.

Hasegawa 1/72 scale VF-1A Roll Out Colors
cool8or replied to Shin Densetsu Kai 7.0's topic in Model kits
Yeah, The SDF-1 Bridge looks awesome. -
You know what? I nerver realize that a Tomahawk were that weapon!! (remember that I speak spanish) So, I think that the Apache is actually the better option. Thanks for the tip Edwin!!

Hi HWR! I have that decal sheet, but that "Vamp" character is not the same that you can see in the boxart that I posted. If you look carefully, the Moscato's version don't use the typical Vampirella Costume: Moscato Vamp: Arii's Boxart Vamp: Vampirella Costume (this is the most similar picture according with the pinup that I found) : What you you think guys? Which one would do you prefer in your model? The Apache Indian or The Arii's Vamp?

Guys, thank you very much for try to help me. Ranger565: Actually, I'm finishing both models (Tomahawk & Phalanx), so there are already painted. For Tomahawk, I used the Model Master's color #2136 (US Army/Marines Gulf Armor Sand), and for Phalanx, the color #2137 (British Gulf Armor Light Stone), so there is a little late to follow your color advices... but I really appreciate it. Anyway, I'm happy with those colors. About missiles, yes, I'm painting it all white, and the doors were painted brown. Also, I saw some captures from the cartoon, and I observed the green faceplates, as you said, in all the episodes. But thank you again for your tips!! Totoro242: Thank you very much for that tip. I downloaded that book from somewhere (I'd like to purchase it, but that old book is not available anywhere!), and yes, there are too many interesting and "official" pinups. In fact, I decide to use this Apache pinup instead Vampirella: Appeared in the book: After restauration: MechTech: Thank you very much my friend, I really appreciate your generosity, but I really like the Apache pinup!

Hi guys. I'm building a Tomahawk model kit, Moscato version. Searching ilustrations to see color schemes and decals, I found in the Macross World gallery section, these pictures about the Arii's version: As you can see, and according with the boxart, in the final model there are a Pinup of a girl seemed to "Vampirella" in the left leg: Does anybody have this model kit? Can you please post a scan of this pinup? Or a higher resolution scan of the boxart... (I'm begging you!!) Thanks in advance for your help.

cool8or replied to shinagami's topic in Model kits
In Neograde, this kit it's Sold out Far ago... I had no option, and I purchase a recast over a year ago. Too many bubbles and some fit issues, but it will look great when I'll finish it (at least, that's what I think!) -
Thanks for the instructions Cap!

Great Petar! I'll be waiting for.

Understanding that this law is to protect AMERICAN children, what's up with overseas sellings? Can I purchase used toys from USA? Or otherwise: Can I sell used toys to an American?

I'm very happy to be a Macross fan in this time. John comes to reality my dreamed collection. After Glaug, I would like to see: 1.- N-Ger (with pilot) 2.- Fan Liner 3.- Miria figure, with Zentradi pilot uniform (TV version) 4.- Q-Rau (TV version, with pilot) 5.- 1/72 Breetai figure 6.- ARMD ship 7.- Zentradi battleships (all 4)

This is pure magic. I can't wait to have it in my hands.
