  1. Pics of the event: You can find more in http://www.new.facebook.com/album.php?aid=...mp;l=7ed24af256 or http://s609.photobucket.com/albums/tt176/c...del%20Despegue/
  2. I insist, I want to see how much detailed the cockpit is. Well, I must be patient...
  3. I'll pass for the Regult... because I already have it! Carl, send me a PM with your email, I'll send to you the Scout Instructions. I think that there was not instructions for Zentran soldier, neither Kamjin.
  4. You're right. Macross 1/72 things are popular, but 1/48 things not too much.
  5. Awesome work! Thank you for sharing!
  6. Well, I don't see anything soooo special here... I would want to see cockpit details, for example.
  7. Interesting... but very small.
  8. Hello. You should use tepid water. If you use cold water, it happens what you describe. Let me know if you understand me, I don't know if the term "tepid" is well used here (I speak spanish) Good Look. By the way, how we can get an original Hasegawa decal sheet? It would be great if I could get a couple, it would be very useful for some resin kits that it don't comes with decals.
  9. Wow John, your image is a match point. Also considering that the Kamjin showed in the image doesn't heights 10 meters, as he should be. About the booster, I think that it should'n be so complicated scratch it, but we would need a second Glaug, and that is the hard part
  10. Yeah, that's the spirit. All this info is only anecdotal, in the modelling meaning. In fact, I think if Kawamori could see the Captain's Glaug, he would want to change the official info and ask a reprint of all Macross books to fix the info
  11. MechTech, I totally agree with you. In fact, I'm glad that John uses this criteria in this aspects. I hate all those 80's zentran model kits because its disproportion. John give us a more credible and congruent point of view of these mechas. Ranka Killer, welcome to MW. About your doubts, you can read the following article: http://www.new-un-spacy.com/forfansonly/zentradiheight.html
  12. Excellent!! I'll order some few in september. Thank you very much!!
  13. According with official info, Glaug's height is 16.55 mts. In 1/72 scale, this is 22.98 cms... so if Captain's Glaug heights 35.5, x72 = 25.56 mts. This is more than the Monster, which height is 22.46 mts. Here is the size chart: Anyway, a couple of meters more is not problem to me, if this means a more credible result.
  14. I'm very curious about Vampirella Pinup. Months ago I asked about it, while I were building my Moscato's Tomahawk. But Finally I used this Apache pinup:
  15. Hello. As you know, I'm a member of a Macross/Robotech fans community, the SDF-Crew. We just finished our flash web page, so I wanted to introduce it to you. Any comment wil be welcome. www.sdfcrew.cl
  16. Great! A set of all vehicles that you are doing, would be a tremendous addition to our collections!!!
  17. I don't have any VF-25 yet, but I have it in schedule for next year. So... I'm very interested in these PE parts!! Please let us know any news about this proyect.
  18. I'm building the same kit. If the resin surface is shining, sand it very well, if not the paint will not fix in the resin. I'll be watching your progress.
  19. Yeah, your concept is right: Booster it's part of the Valk, not the Vehicle... You light me! I'll try to think about a white scheme, according with the artwork. Thanks a lot!
  20. I'm doing the LV, but I'm not sure about the colors... I just applied preshading and base colour, but it seems to be too blue. Also, according with lineart and cartoon captures, the booster is white... what do you think?
  21. I would prefer it helmeted, this way I'll do the standing Kamjin unhelmeted. In fact, being Kamjin the Glaug's pilot, he MUST wear a helmet when he's riding the Glaug.
  22. It's just another color scheme, nothing is wrong with your figure or paint. But if you want to paint it again to get cannon color scheme, I think that Mr. Color paints would work.
