  1. I don't remember a step by step thread of a battroid... what's your doubt?
  2. I think 1/5000 is optimal for an unique scale: We are talking about a 60 cms Queleual, a 54 cms Magdomilla, a 46 cms Salan, and a 80 cms Vergnitzs!! (that if Captain are planning to make the entire fleet!!) As a bonus, there will be a 1/5000 quel-quallie? (2.5 cms)
  3. I thought that this ship was the Magdomilla. So, in that case, I'm totally agree with this decision.
  4. Great! But in that case I'd prefer first a Magdomilla...
  5. Ron, Dobber refers to the (RIP?) 1/48 VF-25 from Bandai.
  6. Great news! And how about that old 1/32 proyect? There would be sufficient interest? If don't, which would be youur second choice proyect?
  7. Oh, It's just like Flak's VF-19: http://www.macrossworld.com/mwf/index.php?showtopic=33269
  8. Any news about a possible VF-1S release?
  9. Any news about the canopies?
  10. Thank you Jardann for your support! Now I will start to work in a mechanism to make the cockpit retractable: I'll use an articulation part from an old kit. I'm using a styrene rod only for testing purposes, the final part will be an aluminium rod. I fill with epoxy putty... the sanding here will be a pain!! Oops! At this pint I realize that I missed some pics, so I must to leave this update until here. In the next chapter, some detail products and the main assemble.
  11. As you can see, these resin parts are not correctly aligned: So I put it in boiling water for 20 seconds: Now I can glue the front to the back chassis: And I need to cut the excess resin of the frontal visor:
  12. OK guys!! After a lot of time, at least I could collect the pictures taken in last 2 months, and follow this step by step. The progress is not too much, but consider that I were working in the Kai, also I'm still working in the VF-0S Battroid. The first is sanding. Here is my sands. The sand branded "BS" is a sanding foam, very useful to sand curve sections. This is the aspect of the frontal lasers. Not so beatiful if you watch it closely! So I decided to cut off. But as Noyhauser said, cutting resin with Dremel is a mess. So I bought a jewerly saw, and now I see that this is a far better way. Now I apply epoxy putty:
  13. Okay, these pictures shows the magnet system inside the shoulders. The magnets were purchased here: http://www.leevalley...x?p=42348&cat=3,42363
  14. Thanks guys. Jardann, I hope that tomorrow I could upload some pics of my Gnerl Build. Now that I finish the Kai, I'll have the time to follow that proyect.
  15. Blaster? Or do you mean Blazer?
  16. From these series, I also have the VF-19S and the VF-17 battroids. I wish to be able to build it soon.
  17. Hello Big F. Give me a couple days and I'll post pics of the shoulders. It's quite simple, you'll only need 2 magnets. Thanks to all for your words.
  18. Am I confused or I saw this thread in somewhere else? Anyway, great proyect, I want to do the same!! I'll have an eye on this.
  19. Ehhh.. nope.
  20. Hello guys, I introduce to you my latest kit, the VF-19 Kai, a.k.a. Fire Valkyrie. This the 1/72 vynil kit from Wave. The pinup was extracted from the book VF-19 Master File. Painted with automotive acrylic paints. Shoulders are interchangeable, it have rare earth magnets. I hope do you like it!
  21. I liked very very much the trailer. Magic it's OK for me, In fact I hope to see a Dr. Strange Movie... It would be truly awesome!
  22. That sounds me as a expensive proyect...
  23. Oh, I didn't know that neither (the disadvantages of not to read hardcore topics).
  24. Don't worry about that, many of us have it. Just send me a PM with your email and I'll send the instructions to you.
  25. Man, it looks far faaar beter than my first 10 models... keep the hard work!!
