  1. Build resin kits is not so different to plastic model kits. Resin parts can be fixed with CA glue, I recomment to put pins to assure more resistance. For painting, you need to sand all the surface, especially if the parts are glossy. Good luck!

  17. Newca, sincerely, you go much far than Hasegawa, and fortunately, Hase PE parts are different than yours, so actually both PE sets are complementary. It's fantastic!! You can count with my order when this set is ready. I'll be tuned!!

  20. Little update, but seeing the light at the end of the tunel... I start as the previous update, with the nose. Once the putty is dried, I sand the excess and that's it. Mr. Surfacer applied: For Thrusters, I start painting it with gloss black, as a base for metalizers Anyway, I don't need a glossy finish for the escape, because I want a "burnt" look. To do that, I use Model Master's Metalizers "Burnt Iron" and "Burnt Metal. Now, the missiles. in the second picture, you can see that the original missile doesn't have a thruster. So I make a hole in the back and insert a socket pin, purchased is Mecha Skunk ( http://www.mechaskunk.com/store-al.htm ) I have to wait an answer to post the other pictures, so I'll wait your comments!

  23. With Vallejo paints (water based), thinned with Testors acrylic (water) thinner. Just wait a little more and you'll see it in the Gnerl step by step.
