Sill, many will be happy to see these popup at retailers other than Walmart now. (I know I will) You mean the "GoBots" one? I actually wish that were more available than it is.- 17754 replies

Amazon will credit you back for damages like that if you contact them. They may even facilitate an exchange.

Someone's gonna do a wellness check on him one day and be buried in them when they force the door.

I'd hate to be caught and trampled underfoot like on a Black Friday store opening when you post them for sale. I'd like just the one finished kit, but don't want to burden my family with funeral expenses on top of it. Can you post a date and time when you will make them available so I can personally brace myself with body armor and Red Bull?

After the Amazon deals, I thought the same, but they still kept pumping them out afterward. Not sure.

Not a week goes by on Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor, OfferUp, etc. that someone isn't selling a DETOLF. You can get one at MSRP or less given time. Just remember to start a chat with even the high-priced sellers. Same goes for EXPEDIT and KALLAX shelves (For you record collectors out there).

Great googly moogly, those are retail cases. 😄 While I wish I had room for those, and can understand the limitations of DETOLFs in comparison, DETOLFs are more manageable when it comes to assembly and moving them; at least alone. I also come at this as a lowly apartment dweller trying to maximize corners, etc. DETOLFs may have been made more with this in mind when so much other furniture they offer is also for aprtment living versus a house. Altogether, DETOLFs, or at least those inspired by them (KOs!), work best for me so far.

I'm not a fan that they go with so much particleboard on this. It relegates these to corners, and even then they are restricted view. Never enough. The end all and be all for the price. Still worth buying secondhand vs other options. Sporadic shattering doors when IKEA switched glass types might be why they may not. Still, they are stupid not to bring it back...even at a higher price. Dioder strips were discontinued.

Ugh. I still hate I have it to look forward to instead of the PF, but I still can't wait.

Not recommending them personally, but see they have it back: https://www.anime-export.com/index.php?product=83626

I wonder if the Fugu Jetfire is hurting this even more than the non-PF Valkyrie Factory KOs.

Ooh. Ya gotta wear shades for how bling this is. I hear @jenius is still recovering from staring at it too long.

Ya know, one can easily copy those in Photoshop for those squadron pics you surely want to take. 😉

Sounds like it could be a floppy mess in time with play. 😬

Here's an important question: Did that specific AliEX seller list "With box" and also "No box" as options, or was there no mention? I ask, because at least one listing had the delineation, and I had assumed, especially with the added charge, that there would be care taken if you chose "With box". But, if your listing didn't have more than one choice, maybe all are being shipped out with the boxes, and the one with the choice means they do take care to protect it. Just curious...

Bandai really f**kd this one up.

Looks like they got a hot meal into their guy and sent him back to the store once again. I bet he's sick of carrying them back.

Actually, while I'm no spring chicken, my Carpal Tunnel Syndrome and spinal disorder set in awhile back due to repetitive work, as well as my vision taking a hit too. I'm afraid many of these things come with a career in IT support and development.🙄

Well, if they offer that to me, I'm saying yes. This has been discussed already, and it doesn't sound like an easy job at all. Also, if Bandai is truly saying they will exchange it, what LP told me, that's a more expensive option than a replacement part, so it would seem at least Bandai doesn't consider a user replacement feasible. Word for word the same situation for me as well. I'd rather not have another bridge burned as Anime-Export has for me. I'd like to believe you didn't mean that to come off as insulting as it did. I was talking about the gluing process, specifically, and in the context of the ease in which you describe it can be accomplished. Not that I expected to have to explain this, but I have between 60-80% sensation in my hands depending on the day, and often have to see what it is I am handling to accomplish fine tasks that years ago I could sometimes accomplish via touch alone. When it comes to the gluing process described by others, the speed of action to prevent spillage, bloom, etc, is something I am no longer confident I can avoid in time, and is why I have generally given up kit-building altogether. The thought of trying that on a DX figure prompts anxiety to say the least. In fact, my recent attempt to venture into trying to convert Hasegawa 1:48 missile sets into being compatible for DX is still sitting in the box it arrived in, and that is a far less risky prospect. (I still hope to give that a shot somehow someday). Even swapping out parts on HMR figures has become difficult to the point it is no longer enjoyable, and is an additional reason I find the 1:48 scale preferable.

Clear and mirrored Strike parts would be amazing.
