It has been to long since I have played a decent space shooter. Sadly the prospects of getting a decent indepth space shooter does not seem much better after that bogus game Freelancer. Visuals alone can not carry a game, Freelancer was too easy, and to simple, hell even in Rogue leader I felt challenged. Freelancer. no challenge, point shoot, enemy dies. If shields start to fail use the oh so convienient shield booster <_< Anyway, I just had to vent. I miss games like wingcommander, x-wing, freespace, Independance war 1 and 2. Perhaps X2 the threat will jumpstart the industry. It looks pretty enough but will the gameplay hold? I hope so!

Or perhaps they decided to skip the whole 1/72 deal. and move to a larger 1/60th scale Perhaps they are working on detailing and sizing it up

*shudder* yes... But in all actuality it could've been much worse....and it was pretty "ballsy" of the sculptor. I think its a good detail. Its not like your going to have to look at it all the time. If you don't like it keep the face plate on

Perhaps but it started really soon after that leak, I honestly think there is a connection no matter how small. Yamato took that leak very seriously.

I know I'm not phatslappy but thats Skylynx and he will be another one of those who will mostl likely not be reproduced as like jetfire he is not a a takara original mold. At least I don't think so. What company made Skylinx first? I am pretty sure he was not a hasbro original.

One tip, that back back is really heavy, I suggest wedging something between the backpack on the massive gun side, between the backpack and the leg/booster assembly.

I think all the secrecy started after there was a major leak a while back. After this messy info leak Yamato has been really tight lipped about all of its products.

Probably not, but you gotta admit an Alternators Jetfire based of the 1/48 Hikaru Super VF-1J has a certain appeal to it. Yeah I think Yamato should make a special edition JF valk. For many of us he was our 1st valk, and holds a special place in our hearts. With our luck though Toynami will cut a deal with hasbro and takara and make it so the MPC is the new JF <_<

The second GITS-SAC soundtrack is out. It's called 'be Human' and the central theme is the Tachikomas. Less rock, more synth and pop. I love the track called 'A.I. Sentai Tachikoma', which is actually sung by the cutesy voices. :-) Cool! Love the Tachikomas! They are what R2D2 astromechs would be like in personality would if they had the ability to speak.

You'll probably be glad to hear that the third episode is easily worst episode in the series so far. The only other episode as bad as that one is episode 12 (a tachikoma heavy episode) 3 In itself it wasn't so bad. However in the context of the rest of the series it certainly does not fit in well at all as it is kinda a dead end story without any real significance towards the rest of the series. My favorite 2 episodes are the one's that develop Batou's character 10 and 16.

what a simple minded view. as for cutting things, in my opinion each volume of lotr should have been made into two movies, one for each "book" but i can see why things need to get cut. it looks to me like they are setting it up to show frodo that the shire being defiled was a reality he averted by destroying the ring. what i'm really worried about is if their going to have aragorn hook up with eowin (the rohan girl, can't spell today) Best of my knowledge, the rohan chick will be with farimir still.

I agree. I can understand if that scene is going to slow the pace of the theater version (although you don't feel those 3 hours...). If it's going to be saved for the EE DVD, that's even better. Not like I've been buying the theater versions on DVD anyways. I concure. While I prefere EE of Fellowship its pacing was slightly off. Problem with movie limitations is we can not have it all. Something will always have to be cut sadly I may not be happy but I can understand the reasoning. Also thats going to make people want the EE even more. So the reasons are probably a mix of art and economics.

I thought T3 was a mediocre effort, not good, not really bad, just sort of passable. It's certainly not a movie I would go to see more than once at the theatre (unlike T1 & T2) and I wouldn't buy it on DVD either. IMO, it would probably would have been much better if James Cameron had directed it and also if Linda Hamilton had stared. Mind you, if Cameron had directed it, given his obssession with all things oceanic, he probably would have had freediving Terminators battling it out on the sunken hull of the Titanic Graham I thought T3 was a decent film. It didn't outdo 1, certainly not 2, but it didn't drag the whole series down like a certain set of prequel movies we shalt not name. It would have been better if they did a future war chronicling the events from the nuclear holocaust to the events where the terminators are sent back in time. anyway AVP is probably gonna be like any popcorn action flick. Turn your brain off for 2 hours and it can be an enjoyable experience.

that was actually an alright series. Frank Miller wrote it. I read some of it to and thought it was okay. But I think hollywood would mess it up. Like this whole business of predators and aliens meeting on earth present day? Sheesh what are they gonna pull if they make a RC vs Terminator?

Heres one cartoon I wouldn't mind seeing. Kyle Katarn Chronicles. Okay if I really had to choose I would choose no TV shows at all. But the thing I always found odd was that the game Jedi knight 2 felt more like a star wars movie, and had better charactors and had a better story than the new 'cannon' prequels. I sat there playing the game and said, you know? this would have been a better sequel if it were a movie than the current prequels <_< Oh well. If I were to have it my way their would be no prequels and the special editions would not have fiddled with the content nearly as much as they did.

while that is outragous I think Jetfires prices are inflating because there is no chance of a VF-1 being rereleased under hasbro with jetfire colors.
