    Couldn't stand that fresh-out-of-the-box-plastic-chunk finishing. So I rust it up a bit and make it looks like it's been through some action.

    I like the green-and-yellow scheme best. How about that one, but with two tones of green in a splinter-camouflage pattern instead of just the olive green? Keeping the yellow details, of course. 358921[/snapback] Is this what you are talking about?

    Here are some colour schemes for GBP-1S that I came up when playing around with photoshop. I will be repainting my 1/48 GBP base on one or two of these designs. More suggestions are wellcome.

    That's the box art that I used as reference. I was thinking doing a dark grey with yellow chest for VF1S. But the thing with dark colours scheme is it hides a lot of details of the piece (holes ,panel lines,etc). I also have another weird idea of a repaint in SF3D(Ma.k) style. Just has a feeling that the design of GBP can somehow fits into the SF3D world.......

    Just picked up 2 sets fo 1/48 GBP last night. At least one of them will be for repaint. Currently still brainstorming on colour theme. Any cool ideas ??? Currently I have these VF1 on hand and cannot make up my mine which ones should be wearing the GBPs? : DYRL red/black VF1S, DYRL red/black VF1A, yellow/black VF1S, Hikaru VF1J Suggestions, anyone???

    Hello everyone, I am new to this forum . I am amazed by all the fine customs by the members around the world. This is my humble attemp to do a recolour of the 1/60 GBP1S,which I did not see any member that has done custom on. (Or was I looking at the wrong place?) Anyways,here it is. Any comments are wellcome.
