I don't think they care about box condition as long as the contents arrive intact. They did that to me as well (shipped my item in a bag) and when I reached to them their reply to me was the same as that dude's post. They asked me here to reach out to them again but it's too much of a hassle. I recall them asking for additional shipping as my pre order was made before the pandemic. Very disappointed when the item arrived.- 8671 replies

How much did they charge you for shipping? I was going to order one from them then saw the 5K Yen shipping fee and decided to wait. If that's what 5K Yen shipping gets me, I'm out.

The big shops sell them at MSRP during PO, Luna Park does not. The big sell shops also have more affordable shipping options.

They are, there is a markup though. I don't think I've ever seen anything listed at MSRP on their site.

A single valk for me has been around 3500-3700 Yen. Only valk over 4k Yen was the VF-1J combo set.

1200 Yen markup isn't bad, but 5K Yen shipping for one valk... ouch.

No kidding, 2 years ago I was valk less, except for a few chunky monkeys I picked up 20 years ago, now I think I'm just short a few DX releases.

Ohhhh, that's just wrong. I don't think I've ever gotten anything from them at retail, most times their mark up isn't as bad as others.

What's wrong with mykombini? I got a VF-1J Armored combo set with them for $384 shipped via DHL. They only charged a little over 5k Yen for shipping. The most affordable shipping outside of AJ for the combo set.

That seems a bit high, I paid 9400 Yen to ship the armored parts and a DX VF-1D to Texas USA via EMS.
