The price you see and what you pay are different. If you are outside Japan they convert your payment to Euro, they use their own currency value for the conversion. If you pay with credit card or PayPal they also increase your due amount to cover their fees. Shipping charges aren't the most favorable. Time between payment of shipping charges and the item actually leaving their facility also isn't the fastest. Their customer service is reasonably responsive.

@Rein+ is Luna Park aware you are a member of this forum? Did you have to request your item be shipped? Trying to figure out their shipping method pattern. Maybe they only package items properly for folks on this forum that have contacted them through their account here. The one purchase I made from them was before they showed up here and it was shipped in a DHL bag with a thin layer of bubble wrap. All the corners of the brown shipper box are rounded, not a single pointy corner. I preorder a Metal Build accessory from them via eBay. They asked for an additional 10K Yen shipping before they shipped and they still skimped on the packaging.

That was my experience. I’m surprised they haven’t asked anyone for additional shipping fees as they have increased their shipping pricing.
