  1. I would love to see it! I installed my Tornado parts once but they seemed just incredibly oversized and there was a massive droop to the wings. Not sure if I installed them poorly or if that's just the way they worked. My 29 had already turned into a floppy mess at that point at I didn't want it happening to my 25, so I swapped back to regular supers pretty quick. On the topic of the 29's super parts, do people find they weigh down the wings the way the Tornado parts do? I've always kind of held off buying them because I was worried they'd make my 29 floppier than it already was. I have the Isamu version, FWIW.

Figured it was time to bite the bullet on this one. Dunno where I'm gonna put the thing, but I figure it'll be the last time I see it that low again.
  4. So Nippon-Yasan didn't... write my street address on my VF-1S? And now it's on its way back to Japan, despite me going in to the post office to ask why it was being held up. They just sent it back instead of actually trying to help. I joked a month ago whether I'd get my VF-1S before I got the strike parts, but now that they're probably going to be sending me the strike parts in April... well, maybe I'll still be lucky if I get my VF-1S before then.
  5. I still haven't gotten a notice from NY yet. Rationally, I know it's not a big deal, because I already have a VF-1J and I got the VF-1S to display with the super parts anyways, but... also I want it in my hands. I ordered the super parts from NY as well, so who knows, maybe they'll end up arriving at the same time.
  6. Hey all, long-time lurker, first-time poster here. Got my Ivanov through AmiAmi, and yeah, they're only offering cash refunds. They also don't seem to have any SV-51s in stock, so it looks like the only option is to return it and then order it through another retailer? Just wanted to confirm with you guys before shipping it back to Japan. I've been lucky with my Arcadia VFs before (I have a VF-0A that - knock on wood - still has its leg attached), but this is definitely going to scare me off pre-ordering them in the future.
