yeah sunlight is more than likely what did it I also have a brand new one in the box in my closet. I hide all my yamato from sunlight any more. I don't have this issue with bandai.

Cool thanks. actually I'm going to have to re-paint my Yamato 1/60 v1 VF-1A because they use crappy plastic and both wings yellowed completely in a non-smoking home.

Nice thanks, so do you take a bare valk and then panel line, or do you clear coat it then panel line, and then clear coat over that? Also I'm new to this so my first panel line job isn't so great because of the molding lines on my first model kit but it is okayish. I have an easier time where the molding is sharp. Right now I'm waiting for more paint though. I really need a better source to buy tamiya paint from, my local train hobby store is taking forever to get my paint order in.

that's beautiful. question though, I see you leave all the factory markings on there. but I've been wondering do you guys clear coat this before/after or do you just make the panel lines only? reason being, I just started doing panel lines on my first gundam model and have been thinking about doing a macross valkyrie toy too. Or if you have a guide I can look at, that would be cool. also yeah I'm waiting for my fast packs too. I ordered a couple sets. I'm going to put them on my TV Max and have another set spare.

So, the TV Super Packs are still on for 4-30-2021 right? And the VF-1D trainer comes out July 31, 2021? I can't wait Just gotta be sure that I pay off the shipping on one of the sets. Hopefully there will be some deals on the valkyrie on ebay like last time around too.

All they do is flag your account and make you prove your identity and change your password then you are good to go. I've done it like 5-10 times last year. One time this year. Online purchases are hit or miss for me, for my hobbies.

So the consensus is the GBP-1 is confirmed right, that will be a real nice kit. I'll buy at least 2 of those. One to unbox, one to keep factory sealed.

All sellers on ebay say this is an "expensive" item in japan and that the price has been rising. As far as shipping goes, one seller used COVID as the excuse though they were suppose to ship 1 day after my first one with the same shipping method (FedEx) and it has not been scanned into FedEx system yet since Dec. 1. My most recent order a few days ago is FedEx as well and has been processed through the system and I believe should be here by the end of the week.

Oh that person is selling 6 at a time and not letting everyone know how many he has, but it's all good. Lowest price on ebay right now, not the lowest we have seen of course.
