The one thing I hate about Tokyo is that comic shops are few and far between. The large one in Shibuye closed down to make way for another shoe shop. Yes.....because the nearly 200 already there just weren't enough to meet demand. (sadly, that's actually true)

He is a great repaint. I would have preferred more white and more of a homage to the individual Aerialbots.

To those who have/will have the Universe Superion set. The left-arm connection point on mine was a teeny bit faulty. I was taking the arm off last night and the entire connection point cam off. Evidently, the screw had next to no thread so it was barely hanging on in there. I lost the spring so I now have to find a new spring and a screw with a head as the existing screws have flat tops. I think the only major problem with this line is the back-wards knees that many have encountered. Hopefully this is just on mine. (I really have a pattern of breaking or receiving faulty robot/planes. Now it's the 1/60 1S, Nora SV51 and now Superion)

I read Snyder in an interview about two weeks ago talking about the Bob Dylan song being used and giving a basic description of the opening montage (Veidt and Bowie outside a night club etc) I have a feeling that he wasn't being totally truthful with you on that one.

Yeah, i'd like to know this aswell. I looked at the parts but could not find any visible reason as to why the fit is better. Graham, are the head-lasers on your Ozma becoming loose? One thing i'm hoping this movie shows is how bloody and painful getting the crap beaten out of you can be. I have this real bad feeling that the murder of the Comedian will be super-stylized with no POVs of him bloody and pulpy. I WANT Rorscach's death to be messy. I THINK it will all be very PG. Bleh.

Well, for delicate things that require even more delicate construction, building in space would be logical. But something that would undergo the kind of stess that a starship would undergo would probably benefit from being constucted on Earth.

I guess Wrong choice of words. I was more referring to the tagline "in 2009.......thin gs will change forever" or what ever it was. If you missed the visual clues, it just seems as if it is set in the present.

I just noticed that the Watchmen trailer has no allusions to this film being set in an alternate 1980`s. I always thought that that lent more weight to the story.

Is it just me or does that "Cyberman" look like some kind of fake. Part of a con. I thouht it was that Cybershade thingys but second time around it looked decidedly cheap. Also, kind of dissapointed that it looks as though they ARE going in the same direction as "The One doctor". The idea of "Pete's world's Doctor seemed interesting. Though that opens up all other sorts of cans of worms.

It's A Bic Camera but I have no idea WHICH Bic Camera it is. Got my "Obama" from a Bic near my house then found them 280yen cheaper right next door in Yamada.
