FYI... Looks like orders are closing for Strike Parts - April 2020 release on 12/22. Most of us have already purchased, but with all the talk around NY, for example, it's good to know when Bandai will actually stop accepting orders because you'll see it likely open on NY for awhile after (would be my guess anyway). https://p-bandai.jp/item/item-1000136313/?_ga=2.30930111.1018093830.1574704340-159834799.1571518821 And, it seems that the "100" marking has always been and no one really caught it. I paid the same. My order number is #700777 and got the prep notice about one hour before you did on the 22nd.

Ahhh sweet. Well done. I actually landed HS on release same time. Was shocked. Thank God the payment info, addy, etc. were still in place from PO night cuz I’ve never managed to order from them before.

Good heads up. I haven’t been charged by Hobby Search yet. Did you get one through AJ direct with Global Ship? Just wondering if that ever opened up.

The same thing happened with Max. My guess is that they have stock from Bandai - this is likely the below MSRP they offer on PO night. Then there is the stock that the N-Y mob finds by God knows what methods to fulfill the scalper price orders. They may get their scalper stock in waves and even before the actual Bandai allocated stock. Hence, some of us got prep notices already. And my guess is that none of you with normal POs have notices yet. This is what happened to me with Max. Of course, I’m speculating and no expert so who knows... HA. But makes sense to me.

Haha Right?! Did you get the prep notice yet? They sent that pretty quick. It’s the weekend and most don’t ship. We’ll see ‘em start rolling out next week. Which one? I got mine for 27k Yen. But some were 25k all the way up to about 33k if memory serves right.

FWIW, I caught a chaotic brief window on AJ for Max a week after he was released and snagged at MSRP but no one else reported getting him at that time. It was really glitchy

The reality is that A) this VF-1S isn't due to release until Saturday, 11/23 (and it's only 7:18 AM in Japan right now so there's plenty of time left for the 23rd). B) Many places don't ship on Saturdays, so I wouldn't be surprised if there aren't shipping updates till Japan's Monday.
