  1. It is Bandai we're talking about here. If we know anything about Bandai, we know for certain that they'll "Bandai" us!
  2. I'm in a middle of an entire Macross rewatch inspired by @Rogueload. And, given the choice (as my poorly chosen SN indicates) DYRL? is my number one. In fact, Frontier is number two and SDFM falls three. I love SDFM for what it is, and overall feel you need to watch it in order to fully appreciate DYRL? (I believe I've discussed this with @jeniusornome a bit). But still enjoy DYRL? in all aspects more. And it's why I really dig collecting the DYRL? line and excited about knowing for certain that the whole Skull Squad will be released as DX. You just don't know with the Vermillion squad if Kaki will come to fruition. I mean, will they even do a Hikaru VF-1S styled release? I can't see how that would be packaged any different than Roy's.
  3. You'll love it!! And yeah, DHL is fun that way. Since Japan is basically a day ahead of the States, it always gives a delivery estimate a business day or two more than it actually delivers. Usually updates once it clears customs in the States. Next time give 'em a PF 0D as the sales spiff! (There...back on topic again. @kaiotheforsaken )
  4. Just got my payment notice from Arcadia last night on the 1J Armored Hikaru. My AJ order still shows Aug 31st but that makes sense so they can receive the stock first.
  5. BWahahahahaha that's brilliant. I already pretty much own the basement space. I've got my Valks, Robots and some TFs in displays, guitars hanging, vinyl record collection, turntable / listening station, 110" Movie Screen, movie posters, weights and bench, etc. The trick to wearing the pants is knowing what things to compromise or give up in order to give the appearance of your spouse wearing the pants.
  6. Yuuuppp.... so much so that my eyes generally ignored the difference as stated below: Like I literally just thought Kaki was CF. He truly is the embodiment of cannon fodder. Poor guy.... and all he did was tell Hikaru, "Leave it to me!" Yet all along he was just in the way and died because he was basically CF+
  7. I've been capped at using only this amount of space. The wifey doesn't want the basement to be a "museum." LOL
  8. I have a bunch of built in storage shelves in an unfinished portion of my basement. So, having the intake covers in their box works just fine and easy to access when I do transform to change the display. But I also have just a medium amount of displays compared to many here. I "only" have 4 Detolfs, 1 additional display case that is slight bigger than the Detolf, and 1 floor retail case.
  9. Speaking of.... I just checked my account and they have the order updated to pay for shipping now. They are sending mine via FedEx and is about the same price quoted from EMS when i first ordered.
  10. @spanner see what you started? Actually, it’s pretty interesting seeing everyone prefer to keep them on. I’m in the minority here it seems.
  11. Thanks mate! I pretty much always take them off unless in Battroid or when Strike or Supers are attached. It's annoying to keep them in their box, but my OCD gets the best of me LOL
  12. Finally got around to testing my Yeti Alpha Stand.
  13. LOL... no need to be a d$%&. @eggy99 is right. This thread has been getting ridiculously off topic since a few old timers decided to join the convo *cough*. But whatever, I just scroll past for the most part. Or just troll you. Whichever seems more fun at the moment. A mod can step in whenever they want, and the beauty of this site is that it's loosely moderated.
  14. When I looked I thought it launched that page but was just the Tamashii product page. Sorry! I need to get some sleep LOL
  15. Sweet. That’s not from tamashii or p-Bandai. What site?
  16. I think that’s what appeals to me about M7. I started a thread on Guitars and Gear is anyone is interested:
  17. You know it!! I’m glad I stopped playing out years ago and feel for my touring friends right now. It’s the only way they really make money these days (unless they were already loaded from radio or movie placements 20 years ago ha). But I miss watching shows and hanging out like that for sure.
  18. Not a fan of Korn, but I did see them play at Pine Knob from backstage at Ozzfest one year. That was fun. Jonathan was using an oxygen tank hidden from the audience and huffing between songs. I’m like what are we at Red Rocks in Denver where that’s common? Oh and yes Ozzy indeed uses teleprompter wedges with his own lyrics for every song.
  19. Yup! I think we were the first two that announced trying it. I did mine a different (and presumably wrong way). It ended up getting flagged for them to research at JapanPost, but eventually made its way till Tenso after a couple of days. The above method is what I changed it to for future shipments to Tenso.
  20. Bandai never releases on the last day of the month btw. It’s almost always around the 20th with holidays being the one thing that tends to change the date as needed. Shops just put the end of a release month to be safe since Bandai never gives an official date until right before it releases.
  21. Awesome!
  22. And this too! Thanks man!
  23. That’s awesome feedback thanks! I think that solves it for me. I love my YF-19 except that my stabilizers fall off so easily.
  24. Thanks! And that’s awesome! It’s fun to have around the house.
