    I purchased the Fokker 1S and then the Dark Red 1S. It was such a horrible experience with crap breaking etc. that I'm gun shy about buying the 1J. Is it a significant improvement @jvmacross?

    The problem is that if you lived in Japan you would've just purchased on P-Bandai where it is a web exclusive. So, in theory, only secondary market will have it and for a secondary market price. I would suggest going on a VPN with Tokyo as your location, copying the Japanese text for kaki's 1A from AJ or Manda and searching on google.co.jp. You probably don't need to even use a VPN.

    I actually just watched Flashback again today. Love watching the quick story of launching SDF-2 Megaroad-01 Look on the last disc that has Macross II on it (the 30th anni box set in your pic). Flashback 2012 will play first where you see the VF-4A.

    I purchased from Okini Land and MyKombini. One was DHL and other was FedEx. Both cost ~$245/ea including shipping.
