    Great review! Thanks for sharing. I added some transformer decals to cover the side boosters/armor. Also the gun. Still looking for a way to cover the Jolly Rogers on the tail fins.

    I like the idea of having the Autobot emblem on the heatshield. Makes it a true "robot in disguise".

    I cut-out some Autobot decals and slapped them over the Jolly Rogers on the boosters, added black vinyl sticker to cover the UN Spacy on the leg armor, and added the Autobot emblem to the nose cone. I'd like to figure out a way to remove the jolly rogers on the tail fins (I used photoshop in these pics).

    You might have the arm armor on the wrong arms. The are left and right versions. You can tell if you can hold the gun pod in jet mode.

    THANK YOU for sharing the pics of this release. Please share more if possible. I am looking forward to it and am very surprised by the G1 box design. This is basically Missing-Link Jetfire, or Masterpiece G1 Jetfire. Does anyone know of a way to remove the jolly rogers? (I really don't want those on a Jetfire figure)

    I put together a video showing all the Veritech Fighters you can unlock in the game. Once you beat the game and play NG+, you get access to Zentradi mechs too.

    Just wanted to say thank you for this guide. I've been using it on a playthrough of Macross 30 on PS3 and it has been a life saver. I seriously could not have played this game without your guide. One of the more simple tips was "press Triangle" to have the mechanic automatically grab the parts needed to make the different valks. Also, Control Style C is the best! Cheers

    That's been my experience with PS3 emulation. Crashes, nothing stable. When I try RPCS3 on my laptop, it crashes. I don't have a powerful laptop though. Sounds like Mcfly50 got his working on Steam deck. Luckily my PS3 is going strong and playing it there is just dandy.

    I believe the DYRL DLC is only available on the Japanese release. The upcoming English version won't have access to the DLC.

    It's 2024. Armed with Red-Shoulders Translation guide + Google Translate + YouTube Playthroughs + this community: I am finally ready to play Macross 30 on PS3. After about an hour messing around, I've gotten the hang of this game and can navigate most of the menus. I use Google Translate to capture some of the menu/missions dialog. This game is huge, it's got very fun missions, some decent variety, and excellent Macross fanservice. The racing missions are tough - does anyone have advice on them?     Hello all! I played the import Switch cartridge on my North American Switch and was able to access the DYRL DLC. This is a fun Arcade Style Shooter (shmup - shoot-em-up). Here's a video link showing how-to proof. An unboxing video followed by how to update and see the DYRL DLC in action.
