What are you waiting for?
I've an issue with the C$2 handling fee though.
-
I am aware that condition-wise, they are not the same, but seeing how much this Bandai VE-1 and this Bandai VE-1 went for, I am delighted with my purchase.

I thought this was a pretty nice buy, and it finally arrived in the mail!
Makes up in some ways for the misses on the 1S/1J bookends, and I think it comes pretty close to RT Junkie's bookend buy for $150. I wouldn't have been online normally at that time, but I'm sure glad I did. And to think it was due to another VE-1 I was hoping to snare for a good price (which I didn't). But that's another story.

I guess I waited long enough.

A notch on the hilt for Kiririth for a wonderful international transaction. Great packing too!

Bump, trying to keep up.

I missed it the last time round and it was painful, please let me know if you intend to let go your set, many thanks indeed!

That guy has been trying to sell that Beta for a long time now. I see he's stopped mentioning how the "stickers are applied all wrong" in his auctions.
Sold, to an eBayer with high feedback no less.
Incidentally (I can't seem to find the thread), the loose Bandai VE-1 that sirjoogo sold over eBay got to the buyer safely, see feedback. Loose Bandai VE-1

I'm not the winner, but I thought this Low Viz + FP was a nice catch
Not too sure whether it has been transformed though.

$ sent re. MISB pc.
-
haha, yeah so instead of trying to make $280+ off one valk, he can get another $20 to make it an even $300....not including shipping of course.
That is if everything sells at their respective prices, right? After the first round, there may be parts that eventually may have to go for much lower, depending on demand and supply. May even out in the end, who knows.
Interested in getting the intake covers, but they come with the whole chicken wing of the hip and torso plate and what not. Damn.
-
I am thinking of making a $499 best offer.
-
My new VF-1A Hikkie has the same problem. No jet intake covers.

Is this a good buy? I saw it but passed it up because I don't know squat about JMs, next thing I knew, it was taken.Â
hey now, that's a pretty good price for a boxed JM. Good job on that one.
It wasn't me who bidded. Didn't know enough to recognise a good deal when I see one. Too bad for me.

I am from Singapore and my experience with Asian sellers actually vary quite widely.
I have great faith in anything shipped out of Japan, but the packing standard from Hong Kong sellers vary quite widely. You would do yourself some favor if you tell them specifically that you want the item to be put in a bigger outer shipping box, with packing peanuts or bubble wrap between the item and the box, or they may just stuff it into the smallest possible box they can find, use the bare min of insulating material, and throw it in the mail. Singapore sellers, heh, I take pride in packing well when I sell in eBay.

Thanks very much for the suggestions.
The auction listed the items as "decals unapplied, complete with all accessories". Both descriptions turned out to be untrue. Trouble is, the pictures showed only the items in their 1/55 Battroid Valkyrie boxes, and the window on the boxes only show the valk. I suppose I should have asked for pictures of the Valkyrie boxes open with all the stuff laid out in full view, but then again, even if the photos were put up, how I am to prove (beyond recording on video the process of me opening the shipping carton right down to the opening of the Valkyrie boxes) that I received the items without the missing stuff, I really don't know.
Hard lesson, because I paid A LOT for these. Really down about it. Crap.

Hi,
This is going to be a long shot, but I've got to try: Recently bought some 1/55 Vintage Takatokus off eBay that turned out to be incomplete and not as described. All I can say is, I should have believed the things I read here about certain eBayers.
I'm aware of the eBay claim process, but I wonder how on earth I'm going to proof that some items were missing when I got the stuff.
To cut a long story short, I am looking to get the following items to complete the 1/55s:
VF-1J Rick - Paperwork and sticker sheet, missles all on sprue.
VF-1J Max - Paperwork and sticker sheet, missles all on sprue, gunclip.
Thanks for any help that you guys can provide.

I'm wondering if I'm the only one who noticed the view counter. You mean $50 and it passed under 415 noses? Or did he lower the $ halfway?
-
forgive my ignorance, but apart from being rare ... what so special abt the bookend? how is s quailty of that item ? top notch ?
I like the sculpting, especially where the hole is blasted in the battle pod's cranium, the raw feel is great. Can't say the same for the Valkyrie though, but the pose is awesome. Nothing moves on these babies, but probably the better for it since it's Toynami.

Check out all this guy's RT stuff! MPCs are waaaayyy overpriced!

Thanks for the heads up and my apologies if I've offended anyone. All the same, the prices are several cuts above market, if that's what this thread is about.
