  1. I was considering buying one of these, but the PF VE-1 release scratched that itch for me. Unless this gets really close to 10,000 yen, I may consider this again.
  2. Everything gets transformed at least once when I receive it to make sure everything seated properly to avoid unnecessary stress on any part. Following that, it depends on what I have out at the time. My HMR cubical toy gets transformed about once a week.
  3. As UV LEDs are available in different wavelengths. Is there a specific safer wavelength or is the entire UV spectrum bad?
  4. The clear stands were supposed to be reissued and available for 500 yen not too long ago. I could never find any online vendors selling it.
  5. We to the Akiba Showroom today. Nothing new displayed for Macross stuff. The only thing there is the 1/48 VF-1J.
  6. Just throwing this out there as nothing new has been announced and we can all speculate to our hearts content! I doubt that this is going to happen but... VF-1J TV Hikaru VF-1S DYRL Hikaru VF-1A brownie Followed by nothing! Just like what they did with the High Complete Model. But I seriously doubt it.

I've always thought that the "Orguss" VF-1 should be a GBP style armor for a brownie VF-1A. I think it should largely work.
  8. It would probably take at least that long to see all the durability issues with the Bandai 1/48. I fear VF-0 pricing though. A lot of members have posted their wish lists of what features/gimmicks they would like to see in a Arcadia V3 VF-1 in various posts over the years. Honestly, like others, I can do without the air brake, wing flaps and waist swivel.
  9. Ludmila best girl!
  10. Best 1. Bandai HCM VF-1J. I've had it since 1985! My favorite toy from my younger days. 2. Bandai Hi-Metal R Monster. Because it's just AWESOME! 3. Arcadia VF-1S Hikaru. They're just the right size and feel great in my hands. Worst 1. Takatoku Henkei VF-1A. Quite possibly my 1st Valkyrie. I played with it until it broke! My god the thing was cheap and it looked horrible! 2. Bandai Hi-Metal R VF-1A Hikaru. Because I got Bandai'd on the leg armor. The QC was horrible on my 1st copy. I'm still looking for someone who has 2 rights to trade with. One of the feet will not rock back for Gerwalk mode. It can swing forward, but not back. It feels like it will snap off if I try to hard to rock it back. The cover plate between the tail fins came installed at an angle. It is not flush with the rest of the backpack. It is either glued in or jammed in tight. I cannot remove it to reinstall it correctly. I was very fortunate that CDJapan sent me a replacement at no additional cost. My original copy is now my cubicle toy at work. 3. Bandai Hi-Metal R Regult. Mine came with a droopy leg. It stands fine and I can pose it, but if I pick it up, one of the legs droops down.
  11. Getting a KO for parts isn't an inexpensive option either. I don't know if you will be able to find a parts Valkyrie on eBay either.
  12. http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/product/NEOGDS-320836 25026yen.
  13. PhotoShop!
  14. But I wouldn't get half of his assets either.
  15. I'd feel bad, like I'm breaking a commitment.
  16. I may end up regretting this, but I'm going to wait a day or so and see if the other vendors post this. I want one, but I don't want to commit right away.
  17. Based on Tekering"s chart that would be about half the height of a HMR VF-1. Imagine making a transformation guide for that one!
  18. Did you miss an email that could have ended up in your junk mail folder?
  19. Small things are cute! Image taken form amiami!
  20. Maybe they really miss no3Ljm's Makina avatar. I know I do.

Isn't the trend to make plastics degrade and breakdown faster?
  22. Keep in mind: he is about 16 to 17 years old and Japanese. Asians are not normally full adult size at that age. It would be interesting to see if they make Roy larger.

Super was the normal load out for space ops. Correct me if i'm wrong, but only Skull Leader had the Strike variant in the movie. My assumption is that the Strike load out is only given to the squadron leaders.

The Monster was sold as a DYRL version. The Spartan and Defender were SDFM versions. Other than paint apps, was there any real differences between the TV and Movie? It would seem that the Destroids are close enough and no one really seems to care so long as they are made. Now that I think about it, I don't recall seeing a Spartan in the movie.
  25. Perhaps look for a scissors lift type of thing like the following: SEOH 6 inch(150mm) PVC Plastic Lab Jack Laboratory Hardware Support
