Yeah, rar's are an unsupported format. I discovered that in my experiments as well. Zip appear to be the only accepted format other than the typical image formats.

In the full reply mode. You can attach files, and zip files are included. Only limitation is 100mb is the max size for any file. Unfortunately Zips are not allowed in the Galleries...

Wow dude you sure know how to make and entrance! Nice work! FYI , if you don't want the hires images truncated. Put them in a zip file and upload the zip to the forums.

At least the Northhampton class in the movie had less offensive mounted guns, but it still annoys me, that in 50 years, humanity still hasn't adopted the Zentradi omni-directional turrents. The most ideal mounted weaponry for space combat.

Thanks. This is the first I've ever heard of this "truncating" of images being "admitted" to in the forums... Would it be unreasonable to ask that the minimum be at least 1920x1200 so that we can have a usable wallpaper thread? It won't satisfy everyone, but most I suspect. -
It is easier for me to list the ones I don't like: VF-17 = sometimes jumping on the bandwagon over a stealth jet design doesn't actually work out... (yet the VF-171 works, go figure...) It IS the forum software that is scaling them down. Not something I appreciate on these new forums . You might want to put this on an image hosting site like postimage.org to avoid the auto-cropping. Not a fan of this new 'feature", not a fan at all. Mercurial, you should set up an account on PIXIV and post this, I'm sure a few Japanese fans would appreciate your work... Or if you prefer I could post it on your behalf (I think...). -
I am wondering if the new paint schemes introduced in First will be showcased in the re-release?

Actually it is rather easy trick to do in Photoshop. Duplicate a layer of the Megaroad and then make the duplicate semi-transparent. Un-check the transparent layer to hide it and select the original opaque layer of the ship to work on. On the selected layer you then erase all the "glass" areas that you want to seem transparent. When that glass is erased then click the check box to show the transparent layer and Tada! A window with space apparently shining through it... -
