Toynami's 1/100 line.... They might be nowhere near as well made as HMR or Arcadia/Yamato's 1/60 line, but they are cheap enough that I feel comfortable experimenting with them a bit... Actually, this was A LOT of fun hobbling together!

I want Arcadia to make the VF-1 GBP more.... interesting. Kind of like what I mocked up here... Inspired by the VF-25 armored valkyrie from Frontier.

About 2 weeks ago, I saw that JUNGLE sold a Yamato 1/60 YF-19 (grade A) for 10,000 yen (about $90 USD). while Mandarake sold one for 13,000 yen (about $117 USD).

Another recent arrival. I love it! It is orange! Orange and blue are my 2 favorite colors! This makes it my 12th 1/60 scale VF-1 toy... the 10 pictured below, plus a TV Max at work and an Hikaru VF-1J in GBP armor.

A few recent arrivals, that now decorate my office at school. A Yamato 1/60 VF-1A Max (my second one)... and a set of 3 Toynami 1/100 VF-1 toys with GBP....

You need to have one of them fly inverted over the other plane... and photoshop the inverted plane's pilots giving the other plane the finger... and taking Polaroids.

I really wish the Toynami 1/100 VF-1 toys came with Tamashii Stage stands, instead of the horrible, horrible stands that they actually come with that can fall apart/collapse too easily for my tastes.

Technically since it is 2018 , it would be valks past and future. Hmmm... In 2018, would the VF-4 still be a present model? Or would the VF-11 have been introduced by now? -

I have had SAL shipments take as long as 4 weeks, so I would not get worried yet if you have only been waiting for 15 days or so.

Because the display stands that come with the Toynami 1/100 valkyries are kind of crap and unstable, I decided to replace them with Tamashii Act 5 display stands. Such an improvement!
