    Thanks! I tried resisting, but... given that it is Max, and seeing how hard it was for people to pre-order one, I kind of succumbed to peer pressure and decided to grab it. Is it bad that its rarity kind of made it become more coveted in my mind? Oh god, did I just start collecting valkyries in yet another scale?! What have I done?!

    I cycle thru AmazonJP, AmiAmi, HLJ, HobbySearch. Nippon Yasan, CD Japan, Anime Export, Loopaza, MyKombini, Nin-Nin, and BandaiOnline every time pre-order madness comes to maintain shopping links. If people have other store suggestions to include for future pre-orders, please let me know.

    Given that the VF-1J Hikaru sells for 32,000 yen on Mandarake and gets bought within minutes of being listed, maybe some people are that desperate? I am not advocating pre-ordering listings on eBay at such a huge markup. But, I figure I might as well provide links to listings I find, including from proxies, to give people who really really want TV Max some options.

    It was about an hour and half for the 3rd party sellers on AmazonJP to start listing the VF-1A, about an hour after that for AmazonJP itself to list a few.

    I am going to get some sleep;. It is after 6 AM here in Boston. For those still looking for the TV Max pre-order, you may want to try checking the following stores periodically: Loopaza, Anime-Export, MyKombini, Nin-Nin, and even BandaiOnline. I have not seen the toy go on sale at these places yet, so maybe it will appear eventually?
