  1. Jesus... Bandai's going for the kill on my wallet.
  2. Me too! Anyone have a link to the Tamashii VR event or do I need some kind of VPN to beat the region locks?
  3. I'm really loving all that tampo printing...
  4. Read that in William Shatner’s voice.
  5. Tv Fast pack with red missiles. That’s it so far. Hopefully they’ll announce something in the next few weeks. Personally I’m hoping for GBP Armor and some form of VF-1J.
  6. Wait what?! There's a roll out color variant in the works that I haven't heard about? I only know of the RX-78-1 (Tan prototype version) and the standard RX-78-2 (both old and new Origins versions). Are you saying there's another? If you're referring top this one, steer clear. It looks nice but the thrusters on my Casval version are literally melting. The plastic is becoming gooey. I assume this would have the same issue.
  7. Agreed. They are works of art! However, to really get that nostalgic 'old school' 'Popy' feel I had growing up, I prefer stuff with high metal content. It just feels so good in the hands. I simply can't articulate it. Also, it needs to be BIG. About 9-12 inches seems to be the sweet spot.
  8. I don't know if I like that. I don't know anything about that character and I don't particularly like the lack of metal content. If you're in the market for a super robot, try GaoGaiGar. It's amazing with a ton of metal content.
  9. @HardlyNeverI'm curious if those head lasers are on ball pegs and if so, could you put them on the other side of the head and see if that corrects the issue?
  10. I purchased from BBTS. $125 https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/VariationDetails/106570
  11. I got my Ingram recently and I absolutely LOVE this ThreeA figure. Aside from the limited ankle movement everything else feels perfect from joint tightness to heft. I love the light gimmick on the shoulders and the cloth between the joints. If this is a good representation of the kind of quality ThreeA brings to the table, I'll be buying more of their figures.
  12. You're right. No one said it. I'm just bad at English even though it's my first language. I was just comparing issues found in both the Riobot and Metamor-Force Bariation line and because of the price I expected better from the MFB line in terms of fit/finish/materials used. I'm a little disappointed with the Dancouga because of the two QC issues I have but it's still an amazing piece and makes my SoC Dancouga look silly in comparison. It's not even a bad figure. The accompanying Black Hawk feels a bit like garbage but I expected that after reading your review giving it a 7 on your website. I'm not at all pleased with the Sol Gravion. Maybe my expectations were too high for $400+ I expected better.
  13. It's not just the Riobot line though. I was really hoping their Metamor-Force Bariation line would be 'premium' based on the $$$ price. I was expecting to get blown away by the newly released Final Form Dancouga and Sol Gravion. My copy of Dancouga looks great but doesn't feel very premium. The red foot robot (dunno it's name) has a glued in place right arm that I couldn't move and the left arm of the elephant looking one tends to come off at the joint. It's not broken, but doesn't feel like quality. I was really hoping for metal joints like the KO but no improvements here. The Sol Gravion feels like a floppy mess when combined and is difficult to pose let alone just to have it stand on it's own two feet. I even went into it knowing the shoulder movement was limited. I was hoping the style of it would win me over. Anyways, sorry to rant and derail the topic.
  14. Yeah.. So far I've also been a bit disappointed with most of my Sentinel made figures with exception of the the Devolution Getter and Grendizer. The Mospeda stuff is nice to look at.. and that's about it. I hated transforming and posing the ride armors and I'm too scared to transform my Legioss. I'm not that hopeful that they'll do better on the Red Zeta Legioss since I saw virtually no improvement in the ride armors. I broke my windshield off on Yellow's bike on my first transformation and have left it alone since. sigh..
  15. Judging by it's size relative to the Nu Gundam, I'm estimating this thing will cost ~$1500-2000 USD complete. No expansion packs needed.
  16. I finally got an Ingram from 3A and very impressed with the heft and quality. A grail item for me.
  17. Why don’t you first put the arms in the correct position so they tab into the legs and tail fin section?
  18. Thanks. I probably did miss a tease somewhere in this thread but I still stand by it as credible on the release list. There was also a tease about a red enemy plane from Macross Zero. I forget the designation. SV something? Not to sound rich or anything but I’d bet a WHOLE dollar next release will be one of the two.
  19. VT-1 Super Ostrich
