I put in a support ticket with NY and they got back to me last night saying their strike parts are delayed 2 weeks so they were not able to ship out at once but they can send them to me by UPS once they get the shipment (I asked if I could upgrade due to EMS not shipping).

Got my "December is now April" email from NY for the strike parts. Never ordering from them again.

Gotcha... I think the issue is Japanese shippers may not use be using standard fonts and for OCR software it can have trouble reading anything but the main common 12. Man this sucks but maybe I can get them to switch to something readable by the USPS scanners and help others down the line.

After cancelling my VF-1S at NY and reordering and using Tenso, I just got a delivered notification that says I signed for it this morning When I called the USPS they said that signature was listed as waived (not by me) and the address was unreadable so they didn't have it in their system. They opened a case for it.

Could you show how you have the stands holding the ride armor from behind? I am not feeling confident in the stand and mine kept trying to drunk dive.

I also kept having the right arms pop off and with the cloth in the way while in ride armor its frustrating as heck to get it back in (other parts pop off)

Call DHL Customer support and give them your tracking number and ask what the hold means. Might be nothing, or might need something.

Hah right? I spent like 45 minutes matching my address to what they said to enter and then checking their "what it should look like" and also translating the individual fields. After it shipped it took about a day and a half for it to show up in my tenso account and then i paid immediately and that was friday at 4 PM Japan time. Shipping EMS fastest plus insurance plus Tenso's fee was $45. Im saving almost 100 cancelling my NY order plus getting it in the next few days instead of whenever the f%%k they get stock in the distant future lol

Ive never transformed ride armor before, and I am stuck on the arms. Hopefully jenius or someone posts a video soon. My god every time i try and connect to the forearm 1 of like 6 different things pops off

I don't really like auction sites. You can order off Amazon Japan when they don't ship internationally if you use a forwarding service like Tenso which will provide you with an address in Japan in order to catch your orders and then they notify you and you select how to process/forward to your home address here. Their site advertises for Buyee but when I tried to make an account for Buyee it had an error immediately after I provided my credit card info and wouldn't allow me to login. I had to put in a ticket to have my account fixed which took 2 weeks. Yeah- no thanks buyee.
