Yep! Since that Shizuka was asking about Yeti stands, I think we all pushed her even more to spend $$ out of her own pocket and that she can add her collection photos into the "Macross Collection Display Thread". I think that she still needs to get at least one of the 1/48 valks sooner or later to spice up her collection. -

From what I can remember (I think that it was this thread), Escaflowne was co-written by Kawamori with Yumiko Tsukamoto and that's why you can see Kawamori's influence on the SV-154 and even on the SV-51 as well. On a side note: Was the SV-154 Svard based on actual plane (if so, then what craft was the inspiration of the design)?

Doing the Shaggy quote (a la Scooby Doo animated show) I take it. I'll take a SV-262 Ha and the Lil'Drakens if it doesn't happen, however it's the search for the add ons that makes it harder to it make it more complete. On a side note: Isn't true that some enemy valks/mecha are not as big as the hero ones in Japan or not?

I do remember that as I did read it also.. Very shady. It seems like the fiasco with NY in regards with the 31a is mounting fast and quickly.. Sounds like a Cease and Decease order. If you if so decide to leave and order somewhere else, that's their problem as they have lost you as their customer base and they have reeled in another unsuspecting customer into their trap with no return and won't let go in your wake.

That is one serious shady business in my books with no options to choose from? Sounds like a true scammer, but instead of taking your hard earned funds and runs out the door, NY returns your money back. On a side note: I've been reading ebay scammers on TFW2005 as well. Instead of what you originally ordered from, you get a bag of snacks or a cheap trinket in return.. Like SRSLY??

I was actually waffling on the HMR Super O as I wanted to get the VF-31s instead; however after seeing the pre-orders for the VF-31s close days later, I didn't want to take the chance on the Super O orders. One less thing to worry about now. Kampai!!

Sigh... I finally caved in and pre-ordered the Super Ostrich after I said that I will not. Much appreciated for all your enablements. I can put my Macross shelf up soon as they're still in their respected boxes presently.

Hmmm.. Reading about the 31a snafus from the members that have pre-ordered from NY, hopefully that your orders for the 31s also from NY also doesn't get affected otherwise, there's going to be a sea of pitch forks, knifes, torches, emails et all towards NY. Are the 31a being shipped at random at the moment from NY??

Nice to see @Shizuka the Cat join in the fun! Not going to pre-order the VT-1 later on as I just made a pre-order on a 1/6 figure yesterday afternoon (as I have the funds set aside already). Will pick it up when the official release day is in August. I'm actually still at work and on break right now. Hope that all of you get your pre-order for the VT-1 in with no glitches.

Thanks to @F360and @no3Ljm for the two previous posts.. I might be possibly still up for the pre-orders and see the how the others are doing in this thread. May or may not participate in the hunt as I have a project that's due on the 16th of this month (worth 30% of the course mark). Good luck on the pre-orders (and for @Shizuka the Cat as well if she is up for the hunt).

I believe that @no3Ljmmade a post of all the time differences around the world in the VF-31 thread. Is there a possibility that specific chart can be reposted here as the pre-order for the VT-1 is arriving soon? If the VT-1 pre-orders are up on 4 pm Japan Standard Time then we can have a better visual understanding of which time zone of us members are in exactly. Note: Get your coffee or any other caffeine fix ready for the madness.

I know that feeling too well.. My two separate purchases of the HMR VF-1J with the GBP and the HMR VF-2ss (Silvie) both from Manda from got dinged by CSBA upon arrival in YVR (paid roughly close to $120 CDN for both).. -
As much as I like the SV-262 design and the price is affordable, I'm going to call it off for the time being as I have to save up for a 1/48 valk , a 1/6 figure and the HMR VT-1. Good luck to for the other members who needs a Drakken for there collection.

By the estimations of no panics on the boards to acquire a copy at this time, I can safely say it's next week then. One more week of quietness, then the panic begins!

@Shizuka the Cat: Arcadia's VF-1J with the GBP is getting hard to acquire these days. I could have gotten a copy upon relase day; however I've missed the boat as I've seen a listing of at 50k + yen on some auction sites.
