Congrats for snagging one of the 31a from Manda.. Note: If anyone still wants the 31J Kai, there's a supposed listing for it in on Jungle. Only one copy available as of now and the adage goes "You snooze, you lose".

Elintseeker with the combo of Fast/Strike Packs? Although it's not cannon, I like the aggressive look to it.

Unless you want or if anyone else wants to make a squadron of the 262 with either Keith's/Roid's Hs leading the pack with the Ba's not far behind (a la Delta platoon: Operation Ragnarok (?) or Rogue Squadron in ST: ANH during the Death Star run). Note: It's been a while since I've seen Delta so I might have forgotten a fair bit of stuff.

All my purchases that was TWE from Amiami (S.H. Figuarts Duke) and NY (don't use them anymore after I got the HMR Strike Roy and the S.H. Figuarts Tune Chaser add-ons) where shipped in the brown shipper boxes. Haven't got a TWE from Manda yet; however I may at a later point in time. Edit: I used Jungle for my VF-171EX Alto Armoured Parts which was listed as used with no brown shipper box. The brown shipper box to me is an added protection as the actual product is inside.

I don't really know. Here's my copy of Nora as I don't know the exact colour name of this one here; however Mirage is more of a Magenta colour. Can anyone verify the exact colour used in Nora's SV-51y? Edit: It is more Maroon in colour (after giving it much thought)?

@Rogueload: Are you waiting to get Arcadia's version of the SV-51 since you have the Yamato Nora? I snagged a Nora from Manda sometime in the beginning of this year (don't know which month exactly) as l prefer this version than compared to Ivanoff's or the Mass production ones. -

@kajnrig: I stand corrected. I somehow always think of the Ha instead of the Hs as I know the Ba is the other variant.

I can actually see that in my mind, however the Ba will be the general release as (per the CF 171), while the Elvis and the Mirage will be the TWE. If the Elvis and the Mirage was the TWE, it better not be like the 31a mess in where it caused a headache for many that where actually waiting for it to be released after the pre-orders where up six months ago.. I can be wrong in that too. If one person has a busted up 262Ha and be willing to be a Guinea Pig for the project, I can see it as feasible; however does anyone want to give up their copy of the Draken? I think not..

I was looking at the highest price for it @F360 on FromJapan. @Sanity is Optional: The highest list for the VF-171EX Maruyama was at 33k yen on Manda.

Just looking on FromJapan on the prices for the SV-262 Ha to see the listings for it. Seen one listing for 33k yen or 35k yen buy it now (new and sealed in box).. Are you that fracking nuts?? That's the price of the 31a! If the 262 Ha is sitting in bargain bins at a lower price do to the fact that no one wants to pick it up, then this definitely price gauging (not to mention that the 171EX Maruyama is asking 70k yen).

Slave VI is correct in saying that 3rd party stuff (especially TFs) tend to not get released on the date as planned hence the wording "ETA" is used. A fair amount of people still use the "ETA date of release" as the actual official release day; however in reality, its usually two/three weeks after the ETA.

You think that Bandai will make the transformation for the other 262 variants easier for us? I don't think so and they'll make it harder for us and; therefore make us toss it against the wall in frustration.

I'm right behind you in using Manda! Mostly for Figuarts, TFs, Macross and few other things as well.. Used them for my Neca Alien Queen as I couldn't get one as I missed the boat and after that and the rest is history..

Hmm.. I might have to take a note this display if and when I get my collection up. Need to get the Monster one of these days and use the fishing line for my other HMRs and possibly one of the 1/60 valks that I have.

On a serious note, we all know that Arad's 31s is to be released in August/September and hopefully with Chuck's 31E not too far behind, I guess that Bandai will surprise us with the Elvis or the Ba variants soon? If not, then I be waiting for the Arcadia SV-51 (and in that way I can build up my funds).

Just reading all of your updates on the 31A situation.. Seriously that sucks and a fair chunk of you guys literally got burnt to a crisp with NY acting like a scammer in this regards and leaving you all high and dry with no goods to show. This could be another reason(s) why as well too. Still shady in my books..

Got the VF-1s Hikaru as I already have the Strike/Fast packs already. I know that we had this conversation in regards of the 1/48 on the other site as I'm focusing on the ones that I want plus the price for it was reasonable (not more than $200 CDN). I was also watching the other sites like a hawk in regards to the VF-1s Hikaru as well. Just so happens that I managed to catch the listing when I went back into the site and it was the last one available, that is when I snagged it. It's the one with the flaming box (version 1.1) -
I love the 102F as it reminds me of the Stampede valk, however it's the colour option that it has right now doesn't suit me. I take it that there might be other paint variations if it goes well and the demand for it?

@Shizuka the Cat: You know what's even worse that collecting Macross valks? Having other stuff that we collect also, albeit it may be in TFs, comics, tokusatsu, mecha, Lego, et all.. You get the jest of it. Not long ago, I pre-ordered another 1/6 figure (to be out by Q2 of this year) and have funds actually set aside for this. The worst thing is to be in debt for the rest of your life and you can't even make the payments due to the interest that's slapped on it (and you keep in buying more stuff to satisfy your plastic crack habits; therefore going deeper into the debt pool). Having a collection is one thing, just budget your expenses accordingly. On a side note, I just pulled the trigger on a 1/48 valk last night as it actually the last listing available from the two that was listed earlier. -
