    Messed around with Dino Getter 2 for the first time today and I have to say that it's such a fiddly, floppy piece of crap that if someone was like, "it's fine." I'd just say ok and have a hard time trusting anything they said after that I didn't know was fact. I'd read it was a mess but man, crap. No wonder it's still around places at a 3rd of the MSRP.

    I know the regular color definitely got a re release and it sat forever. You bring up a good point though... retailing fir $400+ I really wonder what they'd cost now at msrp.

    So I'd never taken a picture of the Sentinel xT-Rex Giant Gorg Manon Type... I don't know why, either but man I tell you what between this pic and just handling it it just reconfirmed my feelings that this and Giant Gorg regular are two of the finest Gokin pieces I've ever even seen let alone owned.

    @JetJockey Honestly, Gunbuster murders Voltron in every category minus the squeaky clean combined mode of Golion. I think this honestly may be the most articulated SoC while having one of the more complex transformations as well. ab crunch, butterflying shoulders, etc... GunBuster is just miraculous. Hell, I realized so much about this thing pulling it back out that I actually bought a second which got here today:

    Showing off the Modular aspects of the Sentinel Riobot Blodias and B-Riots. This line was so damned underrated and it's right behind Giant Gorg as Sentinel's best work ever. The potential of these was through the damned roof.

    Really? I feel like SoC stands in general are just great in the fact that they all really fit the character but the stylization of Gunbuster's really does stand out. It's an aspect of the line that I personally underrate, even. The Max Gokin stands are also something else; specifically Mazinkaiser. ----------------- Circling back to the actual products though, I'm at a conundrum... I've held SoC Voltron as the best in the line for a while now but I look at the insane engineering, advanced articulation, accessories, awesome stand, and even how clean the robot mode is kept for the transfornation involved and I really have to ask myself if Gunbuster isn't technically BETTER than Voltron.

    Got the full review and galla for the Metal Build Crossbone Gundam X-1 up. http://kumastyledesigns.com/metal-build-crossbone-x1-review/ Gave this one a 9.5/10. It really nails it on all levels and honestly the accessory count is pretty damned awesome. It's great to have a figure feel so "complete" out of the box. Here are some pics from the gallery:

    I wouldn't quite say it was a grail but definitely one I'd wanted for some time in the Metal Build Astraea. S.H. Figuarts Mr. Satan also came in.
