  1. Tarn is the upper torso abd not a backpack so I don't even know about all of that but at the same time I'm not arguing preferences with anyone.
  2. - It's all good. I didn't know what it was either so just relaying what I searched and where I got it... "teach a man to fish" and all that jazz. - The Metal Robot Spirits are literally robot damashii with metal parts... they're a significantly smaller scale (Even though they're considered non scale many of them stack closer to 1/144 scale so around 5-6" height-wise,) but the quality and sculpts are really good, tbh. many of them I've had to take second glances at in pictures to make sure they weren't metal builds I didn't know about.
  3. Looks lie a giant statue, tbh. Between the detailing they don't put on their articulated pieces and the posing that's suspiciously symmetrical it points that way, imo.
  4. Thank you guys very much. I think I'm going to steer clear for now... the part with the parts just falling off at a whim gives me Bandai SPEC line flashbacks and makes me shutter because I could not STAND dealing with those darned things.
  5. You asked what the description said and I answered with what the description said. And I stated that they state that pieces are broken and/or missing so I don't know what the latter half of this response really means? I'm a bit confused but hopefully you've gotten the information you were looking for. -------------------------- I feel like an oddball not really being as much into the Astrays as most other people seemingly are. I don't know what it is but I have yet to see a single Metal Build variant that really strikes me. In fact, I'm getting this latest red more for the Aile Strike parts than anything else.
  6. I know what listing he's talking about and it just showed it as being a full package. They show item and box grades but don't really give particular descriptions outside if anything broken or missing.
  7. For anyone who's built the Hi Resolution Models, thoughts?
  8. Okays. Honestly the joint tolerances and stuff like the not-very-secure waste are still present on the RX-78 mold to this day and it's saddening. The two that are the most to-date in terms of quality and engineering I'd say are the Wing Gundam EW and Char's Zaku II. They're also the two "current" pieces in those respects so I'd say it's to be expected. I really wish they'd do some updates to stuff like the RX-78 and Phoenix if they're going to keep re releasing them as current pieces.
  9. It says it right on the box. And it's nicer because it's a new mold where the Phoenix is based on the unicorn mold that came out in 2010.
  10. Only two form weapons and one is because its alt mode is literally a giant sniper rifle. I think anything further would be a bit convoluted on top of risking the aesthetic and functionality portions that this really does execute well with all of the individual bots keeping their normal aesthetics and functionality in tact as well. The risk reward there just isn't there for me when it comes to trying to do too much for the sake of saying all five are a part of the body.
