  1. The full breakdown article and gallery for Flame Toys Optimus is up on Kuma Style: https://kumastyledesigns.com/flame-toys-optimus-review/ Article breaks it down piece by piece but all in all gave it a 9/10. A joint tweak away from perfection. Here are some pics from the gallery portion:
  2. Mine literally fell apart all over. Only toy I've ever legitimately thrown away. Poor joints as well. I don't wish poorly on anyone so glad you don't share that experience.
  3. Not gonna lie... personally salty because the teased continuation of GL products under their riobot line seems to have been scrapped, but as long as the kits are quality unless that Moderoid trash then good on them.
  4. Thank you for the kind words and I appreciate you expanding your horizons. Hell I would've never known that he did those transformation sequences even if not for you sharing. It's crazy how many little crossovers there are like that. ------- Flame Toys Optimus review up; winner winner chicken dinner here.
  5. A S T U T E. -------------------------- In reference to posing... I guess I understand the aversion to more extravagant, heroic posing on TF exclusive forums where there is a lot more attachment to the G1 animation and less articulated toys, but on an anime mecha board... it's kind of strange. Can't lie. -------------------------- For anyone who gets this... the face replacement is the only part that's trickey and frankly it's a PITA. The hard part is getting that front part of the helmet off because it presses tight and absolutely flush... I've found using a spudger under the chin of the face plate and pulling it a bit will loosen up that part on the helmet to pull out and get the face swapped. The Orion look on this is a nice plus but I don't quite know if it's enough to unbox my other to have it displayed as both Iron and Optimus.
  6. Conpletely forgot about this thread.
