    Bah, going to try contacting CDJapan again, and checking if they can bug Arcadia for a replacement foot on my behalf.

    Got shipping notice from both HLJ and AJ. Looks like they'll show up Friday/Monday.

    The only GFFMC I have is the Wing Zero. Hell, I only have one Metal Build Gundam as well. I'm still all on board for one, too much Gundam Wing nostalgia.

    Yeah, do not try and pop that off. I got "lucky" and mine fell off on it's own, thus the sanding so there's a better adhesion surface for putting it back together with glue. I figured I'd leave it apart for now in case Arcadia ships out only the L/R bits, and not the rest of the foot.

    Almost forgot to post, here's some pictures of how to get the foot off. There are two screws, they are visible if you tilt the foot to the side. One will be further inside the leg than the other. Be careful getting this one out, keep firm pressure on the screwdriver into the screw, and tilt the foot as much as possible to get better access. Once the two screws are out, the piece will come off and the foot just slides off the other end of the metal bar inside the leg.

    Well, I was wondering when my HLJ VF-1A would show up in the PW, so I checked... and apparently I missed the purchase notice email on the 20th. Well, at least it's set for shipping now. ...Still waiting for the AJ seller as well.

    Does it not come with a custom sized shipping box this time, and they're having to stick it into a really big standard size box?

    I'm just happy I managed to get one through Amazon Japan, except I had to have it shipped to my Tenso address.

    The Hikaru VF-1S? Oh hell yes they will, that's his DYRL ride, and DYRL is bigger than the macross TV show in Japan as I recall. Just look at the pre-order madness difference between the 1A and the 1S.

    Oof, that's going to sting some, the pre-orders for those are definitely in scalper range right now. The sad part is that they'll be even higher post-release...

    I'll take some pictures tonight, since I went through pulling one of my feet off in the hopes of getting a replacement.

    Yup, your feet are backwards. However, fortunately you still have both feet, and it's a relatively simple fix with a precision screwdriver. Just be careful, since you'll need to push the foot to the side of the leg and unscrew at an angle. If you're not cautious you might strip the screw.

    Looks like it's a bigger box this time around? Just checked Amazon Japan and even they're asking $300 for the shipping (yes, sold&shipped by amazon).

    The easy way is to look for which ones have the プライム (Prime) logo next to the price. Those are the ones that are shipped by Amazon.

    Those prices are including Japanese consumption tax, when you check out as an international buyer it falls off, so the price drops a bit.

    The PF SDF-1 and PF VF-0D show they’re trying to beef up what PF means. Adding topcoat, paint apps, panel lining, weathering. Those two were a lot more premium than the VF-1 premium finish versions.

    Bandai has declared a specific time/day at which pre-orders open. Usually at midnight PST/3am EST.
