    Nope, no breaking glue required, just push the foot to one side and unscrew the two screws holding the plastic clamshell onto the end of the leg slider with a precision screwdriver. The only possibility of damage is stripping the screws, at which point you'd have to replace the whole leg using the replacement parts.

    I got 3 more missile sets, on top of the 2 I already have. Between the re-issue of the missiles, the second release of strike parts, and the way Max's sold I'm pretty hopeful that Bandai's scared the scalpers off of their Macross line a bit.

    I found it was pretty easy to transform personally. As far as changing it out, you can actually change it out where it connects to the leg slider as well, with a precision screwdriver and being careful. I've already pulled the foot off mine at that location to wait for replacement parts.

    Checked Amazon Japan, already gone and scalped up to ¥48,500. Oh well, saved some cash.

    Yup, I'm using the Strike parts off my HM VF-1S Roy on my HMR VF-1S Messer.

    Yeah, I like the way mine looks, and honestly I have no compunctions on getting a Nora as mine is all golden aside from the leg issue, and a spot where the glue failed that I can fix myself easily. I just wish I could get the fix parts and finally put it out, rather than sitting on a bench with the foot off in battroid.

    I still haven't even gotten fix parts. CDJapan apparently can't get them, as they buy through a distributor rather than from Arcadia. Contacted Arcadia, and I thought they were going to ship me some, but nothing as of yet. Going to email them again, and ask if I need to fill out a form or anything.

    That looks correct to me, they're offset so the single toe is still centered in the leg, even though the slider is offset to one side.

    Reconguista... The characters barely seemed human with how odd their decision making was. My least liked Gundam series, I still can't believe I watched the whole dumpster fire.

    I only took mine out for inspection, but the paint apps were so damn clean. Really impressive looking.

    Checked mine, it's both apparently. The immediate tell is which way the top metal piece of the foot/ankle is biased. Which matches with those pieces further up that sandwich the ends of the leg sliders.

    It's a shame that we can't just make a business and get distribution direct from Bandai. But as I recall Bandai makes vendors sell all their stuff.

    Nope, it's a part further down, and the pictured legs are correct. At least with regards to the common ankle issue. I'll check mine at home to see if your sliders match mine.

    Can you take a picture? That'd make it much easier to tell what you're talking about.

    Distill isn't a shopping bot, it's just a plugin that lets you know when a page updates. Not very useful for pre-order madness, but helps when you're watching for things to show up on Mandarake or the like.

    Thanks for the heads up, quality is unknown, but considering the cost of a Yamato I'll take a chance.

    Different people, different priorities. I'll take posability and good transformation/good handling over line-art accuracy any day.

    Also I'll point out that you're comparing it to the lineart, which may or may not be accurate to the way Kawamori actually wants it to look. I'm fine with getting a reimagining which more closely matches what he intended to portray in the OVA/movie.

    In addition to what @PsYcHoDyNaMiX mentioned, they also stuck a bluefin sticker onto the box. Which I think mean any issues go through them rather than Bandai (that’s how it is for gunpla kits).

    The ones HLJ has should all be good at this point. honestly might make sense to wait for them to go on sale though.
