    Now you’re making me wonder. Unfortunately I have to wait until EMS is back on the menu for Jungle to ship me the Roy 1S I bought.

    Well, it's unfortunate that EMS and SAL are unavailable, but apparently FedEx is running at DHL speeds right now. Picked up at 4pm on Tues in Japan, and estimated delivery is before 10:30am in California on Wed, or about 36 hours later.

    Huh, cool. I did not know they made actually mold changes. Did the 0S have the moved gun mounting points as well? The fade down the side of the engines looks great.

    We need the special edition, with bullet hole decals and a bloodstain on the seat.

    Don't forget the Griffin, 55tons vs the Shadowhawk's 70. Also needs a Marauder. But really, when Battletech took the art, they did not keep the relative scaling whatsoever.

    If you want action stuff, maybe Enen no Shouboutai? Theres a second season starting up in a few days, it's pretty solid Shounen Jump stuff with some dark metaplot. If you prefer your fights to be more psychological, there's always Gleipnir, which is the best trash. And then there's Tsugumomo, which is just on the safe side of porn, but with pretty damn good fights. The manga illustrations are downright amazing.

    Can you even use the 10% off coupon? I though it was only for items worth less than ¥30,000. Or is it maximum ¥3000 discount instead? I never clarified.

    I've also got a 1/60 weathered Roy from Jungle (as soon as EMS starts up again to the US). Though that one has flaking rainbow canopy and cracked shoulders I need to fix up. I'm hoping the Hikaru is in good condition, listed as new in box, but it's an auction so...

    I like how both Klan and Milia are Queadluun pilots, despite one being shorter than a VF-1, and the other being as tall as a VF-25. (That image has Klan shorter than she is in the Anime)

    Amazing, this must be a record. Nippon Yasan sent me a shipping notice and tracking number less than 3 hours after the "preparation in progress" email. Figures they're actually quick getting it out the door when it's going via Surface...

    DeJapan apparently hasn't received mine yet, was there a second run or something?

    Heck, all the markings on the VF-1 are in English. Same for Gundams.

    Finally on the way, since my auction purchase showed up at FromJapan. This is going to be a very expensive package: VF-0D PF 3x DX Missile Sets Yamato weathered Hikaru VF-1S (sealed) [edit] Looks like NY is "preparing" my order, so it might ship in a month or two?

    It's not just the aesthetics, the original 0D releases had a potential problem with the legs falling off.

    Yeah, 0A seems like the most likely revisit after the 0D, since the original 0A had all the issues with exploding legs.

    Mine still hasn't even shipped from NY. Oh well, got the one from Amazon Japan within days after release.

    Having scripts that need to load would slow them down, but "I am not a robot" prompts would barely be a speed-bump unless they go full Capcha. I hate Capcha.

    Worth noting that the US has states larger than the entire country of Japan, and Japan has much higher population density in most areas. This means their postal service has to cover less area, and gets better efficiency with the areas they do cover.
