    I think I paid like $150 or $200 for my low vis 1/48, and I only bought like 2 years ago.

    Nope. You have to pay a service charge for each individual order, but there is no fee for sticking them in the same box for shipping. 45day timeframe on holding things, and when time's up they will trash rather than auto-ship so be warned.

    Interesting. I've been able to do a few models with shallow lines, but yeah it meant tracing the whole line, letting the ink dry, then swiping my thumb over the top to removes the overflow.

    Give Gundam Marker "pour type" panel lining markers a try. Panel lining never felt so easy. They use a thin ink and work via capillary action, so there's minimal clean-up.

    If someone made it, I absolutely would. Though Capt. Tylor doesn't really have any iconic designs. Great show/OVA though.

    Big West seems pretty stingy with the Macross licenses to begin with. As in you must be this large of a company to get a license, or have a pre-existing relationship (as the ex-Yamato guys over at Arcadia do).

    Considering all the stuff posted on the 3rd party Transformer/Gundam threads over in the Sci-Fi section, this is not even close to the most egregious copyright infringement being discussed on this site. However, it's the only one being discussed in this sub-forum.

    Yeah, that's kinda where I'm at as well. Colors are too dark and muted, so many bumps everywhere, and why the heck does it have a vacuum tube stereo module built in??

Severely reduced shedding and actually grooms himself if he gets brushed with that thing twice a week.

    Whatever it is looks mistransformed. Looks a bit like a chunky around the legs and swing-bar, but no metal parts.

    Anymoon shows just the two, plus two rocket pods for the 0D. The VF-0A and VF-0S come with 4x missile trees (3ea).

    Just chill and wait for release day, prices will be down significantly. Also: don't buy Macross off Ebay. Massively overpriced compared to Mandarake, Jungle, Yahoo Japan Auctions, and pretty much everywhere else.

    I never liked the show version. He gets heavily injured in the fight, but just gets up out of the fighter and walks over to Claudia's Nobody notices he's injured He completely forgoes medical care to keep his date plans (Either he was fatally wounded, in which case how the hell did nobody notice and he make it to that couch; or he wasn't and he died because of stupid decisions) He manages to traumatize Claudia, probably more than him dying in a hospital bed would have. In short, it was massively unrealistic, even for a show with fighters transforming into robots and hostile space-giants.

    Weren't most of the brownies AI fighters, rather than piloted by actual humans? There always seemed to be too many of them considering how many blew up and the size of the population on the SDF-1.

    I wish they were like that around here. Everyone's so tinted that as someone in a Sedan it's severely impacting my ability to see traffic. Can't see anything ahead of the car in front of me, can't see the driver in a vehicle, can't tell if a car with their backup lights is about to pull out or will continue sitting another 2 minutes futzing with their phone.
