  1. Looks like it won't ship to the US, but if someone's desperate you could ship it to a Tenso address.
  2. Flory's is also not active on plastic. IIRC Tamiya on ABS is fine, but it can damage model kits if they're not top-coated.
  3. IIRC the 22 has the extra fuel tanks built in, while the 21 used FAST packs.
  4. I noticed you had yours sitting in the grooves, I guess it's because you swapped them? Oh well, for now mine's in battroid mode anyway, where it doesn't matter. On the whole, every single joint feels tighter, as do the various connections. It took me like 20minutes to get the intakes separated because the clips were so tight.
  5. So I transformed my new YF-29, and I can see a small gap on the shoulders. However, there is a screw holding the shoulders closed, so it looks pretty straightforwards to open them up see where the gap's coming from. My guess is a nub or molding line on the Polycap shoulder ball. In the plus side, since there's still a small gap, this means the shoulders can be tightened up as they wear.
  6. Certainly a better character than Basara (who was more of a walking plot device than a character).
  7. Given they just released a HMR VF-4, and potentially have at least 2 other HMR VF-4s (Max/Milia), I'd rate the chances as extremely low.
  8. I imagine someone who has a business has better options for sending money than Paypal.
  9. After seeing those, kinda glad I didn't go for the PF. I much prefer a more subtle grey panel lining, than the anime-style black panel lining. At least for non-weathered figures/kits.
  10. Just use a cyanoacrylate with a better tip design so you can apply it more accurately. The Tomytec kits are pre-painted (IIRC), so using a normal plastic cement won't work.
  11. Well, in my case it's easy enough to swap in the old head-lasers, and stick the new ones onto the old toy. So I could just stick the old ones on whichever one I want to display in Fighter/Gerwalk.
  12. They are on ball joints. From a direct side-by-side it looks like the ball-joint is on a shorter post from the head-lasers than it is on the first release, so they splay out wider.
  13. Ah, I'd assumed you were importing a photo into the translate app/website. I do the same, the "live" translation is still pretty bad. Sometimes you can get something decent out of it though.
  14. Here's some pics of mine. I also had an old one on the shelf I pulled down for some comparison shots. Yeah, the nose-wheel on the old one will bend that far back, while the new one stops at 90-degrees. Also the new one's head lasers won't sit in the grooves properly, tried pulling the ball-joints out a bit but no joy. Might be stuck that way, or just need a transformation.
  15. As soon as mine shows up, in the next few hours.
  16. You can also just use the google translate app on a phone or tablet and point it at your computer screen.
  17. HLJ: Preorder, shipped, Due Wed Amazon Japan: Ordered after release, shipped, Due Thurs Nin-Nin: Preorder, "preparation in progress"
  18. Looks at pre-orders Why yes I do remember 2 months from now.
  19. They've now updated it to "preparation in progress", but still no email.
  20. The downside there is that unlike Mandarake/Jungle you'll have to pay proxy fees, and possibly Japanese domestic tax.
  21. Best places are probably either Mandarake/Jungle or the for-sale section of this forum.
  22. You'd think so... However they played silly buggers with the 31a fiasco, so I'm not holding my breath.
  23. One of my pre-orders is with nin-nin. No word from them yet, so I expect they won't fulfill either. Picked up on Amazon Japan instead, likely will end up a similar price.
  24. Yeesh, hope these issues we're seeing aren't common.
