    The code is good for several months as I recall, so don't worry too much about it. You might be able to get the discount applied to an existing order via contacting customer support though.

    Actually... Grabs laptop loaded with Solidworks and a set of dial calipers. Good idea, I was looking for something to do on the weekends.

    There is hope, both the Bandai VF-19 and the Arcadia YF-19 were pretty great. At least compared to the Yamato YF-19.

    To be fair, on the 31 the hardpoints are used for the shields on the superpack at least.

    If they don't at least have Chuck's VF-31 with the radar dish, tables will be flipped.

    I'll be honest, if the one I ordered from Hobby Search could be cancelled I'd probably grab the premium from NY.

    The A and E ought to have different pods, if/when they get DX renditions (and a DX version of the A would sell out very quickly I would assume).

    As someone who built the VF-31 model kit, that looks like a nightmare of decals. Moreso than the base kit.

    I actually like the 30th for the VF-29, kind of a Roy Fokker color scheme (and a lot cheaper than the other VF-29s...) This one, though.

    I didn't. Because I only started last year, and I knew damn well at that point it wasn't stopping with only a few.

    They're actually fairly clean, it's the lighting.

    Here's some preliminary pictures. Unfortunately one of the plugs over the screws got a little damaged getting it out, so I'll have to cast a replacement molded off of the undamaged one.     I'm about to start a project, the Fold Booster I bought (used) for my YF-19 turns out to have non-functional LEDs and some sunburn. I've already disassembled it (thank god just screws, no glue) and probed it with a multimeter to check that the LEDs themselves are still good. Looks like it just needs wires replaced and a coat of paint. Might re-mold some of the transparent parts that are a little yellowed. I guess it's not scratch-building, more of repair/re-building.

    Putting my missiles on I found myself pressing more backwards than down, had to swing out the legs to get them on though. I really wish the legs would properly lock into their compacted fighter-mode length.

    Looks like the listing was missing some things. The fold booster has some sunburn as well, on the side hidden while it's in the package, and the LEDs aren't working. Time for some disassembly and electrical work, and while I'm at it maybe a fresh coat of paint to fix the yellowing. It's already past collectible state, may as well get it looking good again.

    I'll check mine this evening, but I remember that the knife needs a bit of adjusting to sit in the correct place.

    They still can fold up properly against the arm.

    Picked up mine from Jungle, was the only place I could find it, and fortunately it wasn't too expensive since the Fast Pack was sunburnt. I think they have another one, but it's north of $100 before shipping.

    Another box showed up, with something I've been looking for for a few months: the Yamato YF-19 fold booster, which will be fitted to my Arcadia YF-19. Bit of yellowing on the fast pack parts, which I won't be using anyway.

    You guys are making me regret leaving my 31C sitting in private warehouse until the High Resolution Wing Zero releases.

    All the gundam kits are from Gentei Kits, though I also get some PBandai stuff from Mandarake as well. The Drakens and Defender are from Nippon Yasan.

    You are not alone. Unfortunately the model SV-262 takes a lot of work to get looking good, what with the bad looking gold plastic and the huge number of decals.

    Check down at the bottom for "other versions", you might have grabbed a different specific one.

    Well, that's good to hear, I've been thinking of transforming mine for the first time into gerwalk with drakkens and missiles. I remember the used VF-171Ex that showed up mostly in fighter mode, and the hours I spent getting the arms in place.
