  1. The Monsters has such nice nose art too, I'll be honest the main reason I have a VB-6 is because of it.
  2. What I really want is valkyries with nose-art, so far the only one I know of is the Koenig Monster, and that's a desdroid rather than a valk (even though it transforms?).
  3. Well, got my pre-order in at NY. I think I'll definitely be displaying this one in fighter mode to hide the drone charger, and show off those missiles. edit: $228 registered SAL.
  4. So far it's only up at BigInJapan: https://www.biginjap.com/en/completed-models/19726-macross-delta-dx-chogokin-vf-31a-kairos.html
  5. I'm hoping Bandai includes an alternate pod (or more) in the super-pack for this.
  6. Well, I guess it's time to start modeling up a replacement for the charger half of the weapons pod.
  7. Honestly, it just seems like it's curved slightly wrong, which would match if someone made them without properly taking the effects of material thermal shrinkage into account on a thin curved part.
  8. I don't have any paint chipping on mine like that, but the doors do have some gaps on two of the missile packs. Plus the corner of the outer door catches near the hinge when I open or close it, on all 4 of them.
  9. I actually like the add-on pack. Delta was sorely lacking in the missile department, which the missile packs fix. I was a bit disappointed in the lil' drakens, the Ghosts in my renewal RVF-25 super pack look much better, but that's more a design issue with the drone itself.
  10. Bandai knows how to make their stuff desirable: make sure that demand > supply.
  11. Eh, I don't regret many purchases, but the SV-262 for all of the shiny tampo printing, just wasn't that great of a design. Now the VF-31 Hayate, and the upcoming 31A, those I won't regret.
  12. Eh, there's always time for regret when you're spending a couple hundred. Or at least there ought to be, otherwise you end up just buying everything without thinking too much... The impulse buying is bad enough already.
  13. I got mine, though I am slightly regretting the pre-order and full retail I paid.
  14. Wow, there's lots at Mandarake. Quite the shelf-warmer I suppose.
  15. Ought to, all of the DX Chogokin valkyries have the same attachment points.
  16. Over time molds wear, slight changes in dimensions and the like. It's why in later runs of gunpla kits you start finding flash. Personally I suspect it has more to do with their altered tolerances, as it takes a bit to dial those in with injection molded parts, since thermal shrinkage isn't always straightforward and predictable.
  17. I was waiting for the Hi-resolution wing zero, I imagine Kajinrig was doing the same. Of course, my VF-31 artbook stocked the next day, and is now making it's way to me alone in a SAL package...
  18. I see Nippon Yasan has them in stock, same for mandarake and jungle. Jungle looks to have the best price, more or less at MSRP of 8640 for a sealed one. http://jungle-scs.co.jp/sale_en/?page_id=116&do=detail&id=103000008491
  19. Hey, I have my rifleman sitting next to my marauder and a shelf down from my warhammer. Where else can you get decent Battletech figures?
  20. Same, I would love a 1/60 Regult, and I don't have the equipment to put together a resin kit.
  21. The DX Chogokin only has 2 though, one per wing.
  22. The Fold Booster is a separate item, but they do make one.
  23. I looked it up, it was a resin kit.
