  1. Here's hoping for the following: Premium VF-0D with the fixed legs of the VF-0S Announcement of a future VF-11B/C (since I'd love a VF-11B)
  2. Got a couple boxes today. Milia's Q-Rau from @warrhead, and 3 Doyusha 1/144 die-cast valkyries from Yahoo Japan. Been wanting the YF-19 to go with my -21 for a while.
  3. I've still got a few boxes of expensive kindling college textbooks. Quite heavy, but I can't really bear to throw out something that cost so much, even if it is worthless.
  4. I've got his Koenig Monster (standard version), and weathered olive drab Tomahawk.
  5. Dark whispers: Milk the VF-1 mold for a few more years.
  6. The Tomytec gimix release also has the wings with the inner part more horizontal, and the tips hanging down.
  7. Arcadia VF-0D (used) just sold for ¥38,550 https://page.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/j487860010
  8. The 31C (super) is definitely the -31 that's going to end up in permanent battroid display, no doubt in my mind that it's the best looking battroid of the bunch. Hayate's lame VF-31J can be the fighter-mode one.
  9. I don't use any gloves for my valkyries or figures. I sure do for my mirror-finish plated model kits though, those things are fingerprint magnets.
  10. I just use nitrile for everything, much less expensive ($10 for 100, $15 for 200), though your hands may start sweating after a while. Also I do some model building, and I want something that'll block paint rather than absorb it. The ones at my work are black, we get them from McMaster Carr.
  11. It's the ARX-7 Arbalest from Full Metal Panic. Try "powder free" nitrile gloves. I use them at work to handle optical elements, so they won't leave any residue whatsoever. Also less"sticky" than latex, easier to put on and take off.
  12. Looks like it's actually cheaper to buy from Amazon Japan than CDJ, they're only charging ¥7063 for the Blueray (or ¥6261 for the DVD), and they will ship internationally. DVD Blue-Ray
  13. Note that one's got some sun bleaching. The stand's got it bad, hard to tell if there's any on the figure itself.
  14. I'm just pissed that with all these VF-31s so far, there's only the one pod (plus maaaaybe Chuck's radar pod). I know I'd buy the hell out of a super-pack that came with alternates.
  15. Molds and designs are really goddamn expensive, they'd be idiots not to use them as much as possible.
  16. That's odd, it's shown crouching in the promos.
  17. What are your thoughts? I've got one, but it's still in the box due to a lack of space at the moment.
  18. Just to check, VF-31A or VF-31C Supers?
  19. Got a "preparation in progress" email from NY for my VF-31C Supers.
  20. If you want good pictures, make sure you have good lighting. A desk-lamp or two with bright daylight LEDs improve the quality of shots quite a bit, even with a phone camera.
  21. @Kicker773 has certainly spent more, and may even have more spent per period, what with his multiple copies of Yamato/Arcadia figures.
  22. Not just you, I've been having issues as well.
  23. I get SAL shipments all the time, rarely is there any damage to the goods inside (both EMS and SAL have similar minor damage to the shipping box sometimes). I'm thinking it might be due more to the local post office, rather than Japan Post.
