    Ah, you're where I'm sitting. Never would have thought that the general release VF-1J would be easier to get than the P-Bandai M9 during pre-order night. What proxy you using for the Gernsback? I'm using FromJapan over here. [edit] I still can't believe NY limited their preorders for the M9 to the level they sold out within minutes.

    You need to do a Special Order, and point them at the P-Bandai page for the Gernsback. After that they'll send you an email asking you to do the upfront payment.

    Rather than CDJ, I ended up using FromJapan. Especially since I'm getting 2, and they only charge the fees once. The downside is $450 upfront.

    To make sure I get one, I can bite that bullet. But god, it stings. Wish I could just order direct from P-Bandai, they're only charging 24840, and orders are still open.

    Yeah, NY never sells out of P-Bandai that fast. Anyone know other places to get it? CDJ has it, but limit 1 and 29808yen.

    Secondary benefit of using Amazon: their servers don't even blink at what we did to NY/AmiAmi.

    Managed to get 1 at AmiAmi, then cartjacked at NY. Oh well, I only needed one, so that's fine.

    I'm betting it's showing local time, rather than JST. I'm over in PST and it's showing 0:00, which is midnight. I'm guessing it's showing 3:00 for those on EST.

    Typically NY charges P-Bandai price +500yen. Plus shipping (which they do charge extra on compared to others). Compared to full MSRP, plus service fee, plus shipping twice over, NY is cheaper.

    Cool, are they sending out shipping notification and tracking numbers? Or are things just showing up suddenly?

    VF-31C seems to be disappearing, the last few I spotted on Mandarake were gone quickly.
